The Introduction by Grannie Annie, and the recipes which are linked from this Table of Contents page, are from an original printing of The Crafty Granny's Family Cookbook. I tried to keep everything as it was in the original printing, but being an electronic document, and not the home-made, hand illistrated paper version, I cannot duplicate it exactly in it's entirety. Shortly, there will be an aditional Recipe page, which will be made up of "new" old family recipes (those family classics which were not in the original printed copy).

Crafty Granny's Family Cookbook
This book is dedicated to the best "Grannie" of them all, our mother Lucretia Agnes LeBlanc. Her wisdom, kindness, generosity, patience, energy, talent, warmth, & spunk touched the lives of all who ever knew her. A trapper's daughter who didn't have much formal education, never was famous, and never made a fortune. She enriched the lives of everyone by her love of life, people and hard work. Maybe she is smiling down at us now, saying, "But at least I taught those girls to cook!" A special thanks goes out to our sweet niece Connie and her talented son Mark Norris...without them, this book would not have come to be. We Grannie's really appreciate their encouragement, energy, "brainstorming", and hours of hard work they did on our behalf. Thanks Guys! Grannie Annie
