Fettuccini

2 tablespoons butter (not oleo)
3/4 cups light cream
1/2 cup blue cheese
1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese

Melt butter in saucepan, add blue cheese. When melted, add cream. Heat to boiling, add Parmesan cheese. Heat & stir to blend. This only takes about 2 minutes to cook. Enough sauce for an 8-ounce pack of noodles.
