GRANNY'S BACARDI RUM CAKE
1 cup of pecans
1 yellow cake mix
1 3-3/4 oz. instant vanilla pudding mix
4 eggs
1/2 cup of cold water
1/2 cup of oil
1/2 cup of rum
Sprinkle nuts over bottom of a greased bundt pan. Mix all the ingredients. Pour batter over the nuts. Bake
for 1 hour at 325 degrees. Cool, invert on serving plate. Prick the top and drizzle the glaze evenly over the
top and sides. Repeat until all the glaze is used.
