LELI'S SWEET POTATO CHEESECAKE

1 - 9 inch graham cracker crust
6 tablespoons of powdered sugar (heaping)
4 cups of miniature marshmallows
1/2 cup of milk
1 cup of cooked, mashed sweet potatoes
1/3 cup of orange juice
1 tsp. Vanilla
1/2 tsp. of cloves
1/4 tsp. of cinnamon
2-8 oz. Of Philly cream cheese

Combine marshmallows with milk in heavy saucepan, stir until smooth. Chill until thickened. Whip potatoes with orange juice, vanilla, & spices. Combine cream cheese & potato mixture, beating till well blended & fluffy. Whip in marshmallows, fold in whipped cream. Pour into crust. Chill overnight. Can also be fixed in a 9x13 long glass pan.
