CAJUN CREAM-CHEESE ICE-CREAM

2 qts. Large curd cream cheese
(we like home-made best)
real vanilla to taste
1 can condensed milk
sugar to taste (make it sweet)

Mix well, place in ice cream freezer, add whole milk to fill freezer, fix freezer with salt and ice, put one of the kids on it with a towel under them, and turn the crank till done.
