PAM'S FRIED PIES
1 Can or more of biscuits
Can or jar of peach preserves or cherry filling
Roll 1 biscuit at a time, roll thin. Place 1 to 2 tablespoons of fruit in the center. Fold over and crimp the edges. Fry in deep fat
until golden brown. Drain.
You can make filling with dry fruit, by covering with water, add some sugar, and cook until tender. Gives a simple desert your
personal touch.
