PUMPKIN BREAD
3 cups sugar
3 1/2 cups flour
2 teaspoons soda
1/2 teaspoon salt
1 teaspoon all spice
1 teaspoon cinnamon
4 eggs (beaten)
1 cup water
1 cup oil
1 can pumpkin
1 teaspoon cloves
1 teaspoon nutmeg
Mix all ingredients together, then add 1 cup raisins and 1 cup chopped nuts. Grease 4 one pound coffee cans, and pour
mixture into about 1/2 full. Bake at 350 for about 45 minutes. Remove from oven and cool for 15 minutes, then remove from
cans.
