LINDA'S SOUR CREAM SPICE CAKE

2 cup brown sugar
1/2 cup oleo
3 eggs, separated
1 tsp. Cloves
2 cup sifted flour
1/4 tsp. Salt
1 tsp. Soda
1 tsp. Allspice
1 cup sour cream
2 tsp. cinnamon

Cream sugar & oleo, add beaten egg yolks & allspice. Beat well. Sift flour with salt & soda. Add alternately with sour cream to creamed mixture. Fold in stiffly beaten egg whites. Pour into greased & floured tube pan. Bake at 325 for 1 hr. or till tests done. I bake this cake once a week, when I return from my college classes. My waist line shows it, too.
