Miss Ida's Pork Chops

Sprinkle pork chops with steak seasoning & red & black pepper. Put a little more oil than to cover bottom of an iron skillet & let it get hot first. Sprinkle some flour in the oil, to cover the bottom of the skillet. Put in the chops & let them brown slowly on medium heat, turning & browning other side same way. Remove the chops when done & add finely chopped onion, cook tender, add water to finish the gravy. Very good on rice.
