Granny Annie's Boiled Shwimps

Bring enough water to a boil to cover the shrimp you want to cook. Put in 1 bag of crab boil for each 2 # of shrimp. When boiling good, add shrimp. Bring back to a good boil, then add enough salt so that the water taste much too salty, about 1 cup per each 2 #. When water comes to a boil again, place lid on tight & turn off before 15 minutes. The shrimp will be done just right, & peel right. We all like a sauce made of the following to dip our boiled seafood in: 1 ½ cup of real mayonnaise, ½ cup of catsup, lots of tabasco sauce (or to your taste). Mix well & use to dip boiled crabs, shrimp, crawfish, and potatoes.
