PAM AND DAVID'S FAVORITE DIP

1 8 ounce Philly Cream Cheese
3 ounce Tarter Sauce
lemon juice
garlic powder

Combine cheese and tarter sauce. Add other ingredients to taste, tart or not so tart. Chill and eat with ridged potato chips.
