THE GRIME'S COCONUT POUND CAKE
1 cup of Crisco
5 eggs
2 tsp. of coconut flavor
2 cups of flour
2 cups of sugar
A pinch of salt
1/2 cup of milk
1 can of Angel Flake Coconut, (3 1/2 oz.)
Beat the Crisco & sugar. Add eggs one at a time. Beat well, mix dry ingredients together, and then add to creamed mixture
alternately with 1/2 cup of milk. Add flavor. Bake in a greased & floured pan at 325 degrees for 1 hour & 20 minutes.
