JERRY B'S LEMON ICEBOX CHEESECAKE

1 3 ounce box lemon jello
1 8 ounce Philly cream cheese
1 cup sugar
3 tbsp. Lemon juice
1 tsp. Vanilla
1 large can Pet milk - cold
3 cups graham cracker crumbs
½ cup oleo, melted

Mix crumbs & oleo - line bottom & sides of a 13"x9"x2" pan (reserve ½ cup to sprinkle on top of cake). Cream together cheese, sugar, & vanilla. Add jello powder & lemon juice, beat until well blended. Fold into stiffly whipped Pet milk. Pour into crust, sprinkle reserved curmbs on top. Chill well.
The hardest part about making this was keeping out of it until it was set, Jerry says.
