Poor Cajun Bar B Q Steak

1 round steak, pounded till tenderized
½ cup of catsup - ½ cup of prepared mustard- 6-8 drops of tabasco sauce

Cut steak into 4 pieces & spoon some sauce on 1 side of the meat. Have skillet hot (iron skillet is best), & a film of oil only. Put sauce side down & brown slowly. Put sauce on other side, turn and brown. We like to eat smothered potatoes with this. It's simple, but a real good way to eat meat. And you don't have to be a poor Cajun to eat it!
