FRIED PIE CRUST
3 cups flour
1 egg
½ tsp. Salt
½ cup shortening
½ cup butter
1 tsp. Butter flavoring
½ cup chilled water
Mix the flour, salt, butter and shortening with pastry blender. Add water, egg and butter flavoring. Roll out thin on a lightly
floured board and cut into desired shape. Fill with your favorite filling, seal edges well, fry on both sides. Drain on paper
towels, and stand back for the rush of people who can't hardly wait for them to get cool!!!
