ROYALINE'S CORNED BEEF HASH

8 medium potatoes, peeled & diced
1 medium onion
1 can corned beef
Salt & pepper
Water
3 tablespoons oil

Put oil in heavy pot. Add potatoes and onion, and brown about 10 minutes. Add beef, cook 1 or 2 minutes, add water to cover. Cook till potatoes are tender. Serve over rice with cream style corn.
