BETTY'S EGG NOG

1 quart milk
Sugar to taste
Bourbon
4 eggs, separated
Nutmeg

Beat egg whites till stiff. Put egg yolks & sugar in large pot. Add milk and cook till ready to boil. Add beaten egg whites to milk. Ladle into glasses or mugs, & sprinkle with nutmeg. Spike with bourbon. Beat in the West, East, North and South.
