ROYALINE'S SQUIRREL AND RICE
1 to 6 squirrels (depends on how many you can chase down in your yard)
1 large onion
1 large bunch of green onions
salt, pepper, garlic powder
2 cups rice
water
Fry down the cut up squirrels until brown. Add all onions and fry till yellow. Add seasoning and water. Cover with a lid, and
let cook till meat is tender. Add 2 cups rice, and let boil. When water leaves the rice, cover and lower heat till rice dries out.
If you like out doors, can be made the same way with a rabbit, duck, or even a chicken.
