Meat Loaf And Gravy

1 # ground meat
1 med. Onion (chopped fine)
12 saltine crackers (crumbled)
1 egg
Salt, Pepper, and garlic powder

Mix all above in a bowl. Make 2 loaves and put in an iron skillet on top of the stove. Cook at low temp. till meat is good and brown. Mix flour, 2 tbsp. And water and add to meat and cook until meat is done and gravy is thickened.
