CLYDE'S FAVORITE CRAB MEAT AU GRATIN

1 rib celery, chopped fine
1/4 pound oleo
2 egg yolks
1 can Pet milk
1/4 teaspoon black pepper
1 pound crab meat
1 cup onion, chopped fine
1/2 cup flour
1 teaspoon salt
1/2 teaspoon red pepper
1/2 pound grated cheese

Sauté onions & celery in oleo until onions are wilted. Blend flour in well with this mixture. Pour in milk gradually, stirring constantly. Add egg yolks, salt & peppers. Cook for 5 minutes. Pour meat in a bowl suitable for mixing, and pour the cooked sauce over. Blend well & then transfer into lightly greased dish & sprinkle on cheese. Bake at 375 for 10 to 15 minutes.
