Baked Cushaw Pumpkin
1 med. Cushaw pumpkin
1 ½ c. dark syrup
¾ c. brown sugar
cinnamon
butter, not oleo-1 ½ sticks
Wash pumpkin & cut into wedges, place on foil lined cookie sheet or bake pan in single layer. Sprinkle with sugar &
cinnamon, then pour syrup over. Dot with butter. Bake at 375 degrees till good & tender. You don't eat the shell, but you can
if it's really tender.
