Mr. Wilbur's Fried Catfish

Mix prepared mustard in a bowl with lots of Tabasco sauce. Put in fish fillets that have been drained on paper towels & cover each piece well. Have grease very hot by this time. Roll each piece of fish in Zatarain's Fish Fry mix. Deep fry till golden brown. Try it & see!
