Yeah, I know. So much for the last update. Well...I made it nearly a year before being suckered into doing another one, didn't I? That's something. Anyway, here are a few update-y things. The final chapter of Doyle's "The Longest Night" can be found here, in Swedish Bob vs. The Door. We've also got several new IMs: Bracken thinks that Kevin Bacon is a Child Molester, Doyle waves his Ehad while wondering why they won't Give Them Some Pants, for Pity's Sake!. Beautyone gives me a big Squick (warning, not for the faint of heart), and then Doyle and I learn that Dead Labroars Aren't Much Fun. Also, added on 3/23/05, because I somehow missed it last time, is Crotch Slappage.That's it.

"And then there were none." Well...seeing as how it's been over a year since the last update, and I've actually got a few things to add (pretty much entirely because Doyle's still contributing stuff), I thought I'd go ahead and update the Inner Sanctum one last time. "Why for the last time?" someone might ask, if anyone were actually reading this. Well, the answer is because this place is dead. It's been dead for quite some time, now, due to a lot of different reasons. The show that brought us all here to begin with is long over, and we all appear to have drifted off in our own directions, going with the flow of our own lives. That's perfectly understandable, if a bit sad. We've lost more than a few "regulars" over the past year or two, never to hear from them again. Those that do remain seldom make an appearance, and there's just not enough traffic left to even warrant leaving the board up, really. Not that I'm going to delete it...personally, I've put way too much effort into both the board and the Inner Sanctum over the years to just delete them and say good riddance. So both will remain up, but the last couple of us who've actually been *trying* to get people involved, and start discussions, etc, aren't going to be trying any more. Unfortunately, this will probably only contribute even more heavily toward the death of the board, but....*shrug* It cannot be saved by one or two people alone, alas. So anyway, here's the last update of the Inner Sanctum: Sine the last update, my Angel-fic "Impact" has been finished, and you can find it at Fanfiction.net if you really want to, but since no one really wants to, I'll move on. Doyle has contributed pretty much everything to this update, including his latest Angel Parody, season 4, and a long-ass thread called Doyle / Doyley. Despite being met with widespread author backouts and all-around non-interest, I've included the inspired but rather lonely "The Shortest Long Night". And in a last ditch effort to get everyone to participate in *something*, without them even having to lift a finger or spare a thought, here's Doyle's NES5, which unfortunately shared the same fate as "The Longest Night". Pity I'm the only one who read it...it was good. Ah well, at least it's saved here for posterity.-silver

Hello, all. Time for an update. Episodes 20, 21 and the climactic 22 of our Season 7 Recaps are done, in addition to Doyle's Epilogue. That's the whole season, folks; after a year and a half Doyle and I are finally done. So if you were waiting until the season was complete to read up, here's your chance ;)
Not quite as done is "Impact", though I've gotten two more chapters done since the last update. Feel free to check out Chapters 8 and 9 of my Angel-fic. Chapter 10 and the epilogue are coming very soon. In other news, I've added Doyle's Twelve Days of Sanka Christmas and his Ats Parody 3, and a couple new chats. Greetings. Don't think there's much in this update you haven't seen, either (like last time), but we've been going so long in between updates recently that if I don't save 'em, we'll lose 'em. To that effect, I'm adding all of Doyle's work in the past few weeks. Hey all. Long time no update. Got mostly stuff you've already seen, this time...but I figured I should add it eventually, so here goes. The last four eps of season 7 have been added, you can find 7.13-7.16 here. The first six parts of the Sanka Board Cartoon can be found here. I should hopefully be working on that sometime this weekend. Maybe I can even get it finished before the trip. Speaking of the trip, the Eurotrip page has also been updated. Let's see, what else? Um.....oh yeah. NES3 has also been put up...what there is of it, anyway. Also Doyle's Nearscope eps have been updated to include parts 5-9. Catch them all from the beginning.
Hmmm.....oh. Okay, I've got a couple chats, too. These things are older than dirt, but I haven't had enough material to do an update with for like...months and months so they've just been sitting around until now. BoB speaks through only through me, his burning bush, in Carrier Pigeon Chat. I have no summary for the second chat...you'll just have to be intrigued by the title: Fire in the Hole. Come on, people, this is pathetic! We need more chatting or IM'ing going on! ;) Oh, and also, I've updated all of your ages on the All About Us page, I think...but if I've made a mistake, or there are any changes you'd like made to your info, please just e-mail me and let me know. Happy New Year! Yeah, yeah, okay...so it's been the new year for like, three weeks, but this is the first update since then, so yay! You know what this means, don't you? It means in like, 2 weeks (on February 1st, technically), it will be the Sanctuary's ONE YEAR ANNIVERSARY!
When I stop to think that this board has actually survived for a whole year on only like, 20 people...and half of those people never post anyway...I'm truly floored that we're still here. It's nothing short of...well, boredom, but still. It's kinda exciting. ;) It just so happens that February 1st falls upon a Friday this year, so I propose a party in chat that night! What say all of the people who never post, and never come to chat, show up for just that one night, for a little shindig, eh? We can all get together and reminisce about old times, or muse upon the future, or tackle the correct spelling of the word "reminisce". ;) Until then, I suppose I should go ahead and give ya the links to the updated stuff, so you four can go read it. *g* Hey! Lookit! We have chats! Three of 'em! The first won't interest everyone, unfortunately, but it is pretty damn funny. Check out the Farscape Chat. Yo, yo. Got a few update-y things: Actually added a couple threads for once...I'll pause a moment while everyone recovers from their heart attacks. The first one doesn't make much sense, but I cracked up when I read it. Enjoy Mat on Acid. ;) The other is just me being incredibly board on the bored one day, but Doyle said I should save it, so here's silver / siler. We have one IM, and this is really exciting, because it totally doesn't have me in it anywhere!!! Yay! qc remembered that I'm not the only one who can save chats! *g* Check out Baby Lenin, a.k.a. Doyle has churned out a couple fic-type things, the first being Something of a Xena Fic; the second being the sequel to his "Survivorless" story, already posted. Heya....quick update today. It's just a few IM's and what we've got of the NES fic so far. I thought I'd do this one as we went along, so I didn't get swamped by the time I wanted to add it, like last time ;) So check out the NeverEnding Story 2 in its entirety. The IM's are Acting Abilities, Push, and Detatchable Breasts. FYI, though, Push and Detatchable Breasts are way spoilery for s6 of Buffy, and s3 of Angel, so only read 'em if you want to get spoiled. Crapola....it's been awhile ;) Well, that's what getting admitted to the hospital will do to ya...keep you totally out of the loop and away from your computer so long that you forget what in the hell you had saved for the update, and where the freak you saved it at. Anyways...I finally managed to track everything down, and slapped it all into the site tonight before I forgot about it again ;) Let's see...we've got 3 new episodes of season 7 for ya to read...(3, 4, and 5)...several odes, one chat, one IM, and some other miscellaneous stuff. Firstly, you can catch all of the latest episode reviews of season 7 HERE, and Swedish Bob (*air quote*) promises that he'll have episode 6 done by this weekend, so that'll go up soonish too. Doyle's been pretty damn productive recently...he did Episode 5, and wrote an Ode to Fred, an Ode to qc and Goatman, and The Angelus, Spike and Dru Fic.
Jumping on the Ode train, I composed an Ode to Doyle, and Berry came up with a Sanka Board Drinkin' Game that we all soon contributed to. In the meantime, Bracken and qc contribute to the Death of a Passerby, and Star, qc, Doyle and Bracken discuss the almighty Assloff. Also don't forget to check out Liz's new website!
In other news, we're all still patiently - *cough* - waiting for Swedish Bob to submit the revised version of his Alien Fic pt.2, so I can throw it up on the site, here ;)
Er....put it on the site, that is. Not like, vomit it up. 'Cause ew.

Quite possibly the shortest chat ever, but nevertheless hilarious...we?ve got Fuck ya?s All. Last but not least, Doyle?s Episode 2 of BTVS season 7 is up...I should have episode three up in a day or so. Greece! *sigh* I'm so jealous. And she only just came back from Portugal, too. *sigh*

Yeeeeeah...okay. So much for updates as we go along. *g* In fact, I have such a veritable buttload of stuff to add this time around, I'm gonna have to break it down into at least two updates. Right now, I've got all of the chats and IM's and a couple threads up...but I have a bunch more (hideously long) threads to do, so I'll have to add those later.
In the meantime, however, I might as well put this stuff up now, and give you guys something to read. (other than Bracken, who's prolly already read all this stuff ;)

Added to the IM section is quite possibly the longest IM ever, in Leaving. You don't have to read it....really, I mean there's like...no point to it. lol. I just felt that I should save it solely for the longness factor. I mean, this IM came out to almost 45 pages in Word. Hehee. Also, we've got Bracken and sil Break up, which is quite amusing, and you should check it out.
I've got two of these evil threads up...(the easiest two, natch ;), entitled Bracken gets a phone call and the Rules of Engagement. And under the miscellaneous section we've got the latest installment in the Song Wars.

What's this you say? Another update? "But sil," you must be saying, "it's only been like, 2 weeks. What's up with that?"
Weeeell....remember how two weeks ago I was all "sheesh, I should do this more often or something, so I have less to do each time"? Well, here I am actually following through on that. Amazing, I know. Try not to go into shock, or have any heart attacks, or anything, kay? Groo-vay. So yeah...on to the update stuff:
Firstly, the Eurotrip page has been updated. True...it was a few days ago (all right, all right...four days after the last update) that I did this, but you prolly haven't seen it since then anyway, so go check it out. I've updated a few peoples' info on the About Us, so check that out as well. Anyone who would like to update or add their information to the page, please fill out the form found on the Info page. You know...I was just telling qc a few hours ago that we've fallen into a pattern, here. I do an update, after putting it off for a really really long time...and then like, decades pass before anything else of interest happens that I might want to put in here. So a few things pile up...a chat here, a couple threads there. So one day I decide to do an update. And suddenly I have chats and threads and profiles and fics coming out of the woodwork. I mean...what the hell?! lol. I have for you guys today no less than 6 chats, 4 threads, 2 new informational pages, 3 new profiles, 9 updates to inform you about, 4 pages worth of song wars (though admittedly, that's my own fault. Mine and qc's), an ats parody, and an alien fic. Where the hell did this all come from?!
Oooookay, so, let's see. First, I'd like to welcome Unfaithful Faith to the sanctuary. Her profile, by the way, has been put up on the About Us page, along with Anya's and Drusilla's. Thanks much for sending 'em in, guys! :)
Okay, let's see...updates and information. Biggest news today is that I've finally got the Eurotrip page up. Check it out for the information we've got so far on London 2002, and updates as they come in. I've also got the wedding page up...though we don't have much information yet about the date. Please stay tuned for updates.
Everyone should probably already know that you now need a password to get into chat. If you don't know the User ID and password yet, let me know and I'll e-mail them to you. Also, at this time all of the links on all pages of the Inner Sanctum have been changed to reflect the password gate. Other updates...let's see. Beautyone's Life is a Jewel has been updated, and is now functional. Go...read it! Along with all of the profiles added to the About Us page, today, I've changed the format of the Info Page. It should be a bit more user friendly than the old copy/paste method. If anyone would like to update their information...feel free to use the new system to send me any updated info. :)
Ah...also, I've changed the link on Heather's info to reflect the new address of Doyle's CK site, and last but not least I've changed the Html Quickie page so that you don't have to edit the stars out, anymore. Just copy and paste, baby! ;)
All right. On to the Chats! Doyle thinks that Lindsey looks Doe Eyed, Liz makes a great typo in Hermit Crap...a long but hilarious chat. Speaking of hilarity, Doyle, Beautyone and I literally take the case in Order in the Court . Bracken also benefits from a typo in Brackent, we find out that Heather loves Alex, and what happens when qc thinks she's being ignored by the other chatters? Answer: Lag.
Under Threads, we've got Beautyone Copping a Feel and DB exhibiting Creepy Smileage in the Sun. Doyle and I act out a Scene from an episode on the board, and then we all (except for you, Doyley ;) talk about some **SPOILERS**.
God...and we are still not done! You realize what this means, don't you? With all of these links, I'm bound to have fucked something up. *sigh* All right...moving on. So....it's been a month, eh? Hm. Wow....we really have been dead around here as late. All right, all right...well let me get to the update, here.
Firstly, I'd like to welcome Lil Vamp Me and JennJenn to the sanctuary :) Hey guys...come chat every once in awhile! And let's see here...new to the Crazyness page are 7 chats. Doyle starts spouting sonnets in Doyle writes a song, and Heather plunges the depths of Plumber Earl's crack. Join Benificient, Glory, and Doylificus for some creepy three way sex, and take a look at some of our fantasy threesomes.
I didn't have any idea what to name This Chat Has No Title, but it's pretty funny anyway, so check it out. Doyle finds out how attatched to Glenn Quinn Beautyone and I were when he asks Is that it? Am I done?, and has a hilarious chat with himself in Doyle squared.
Under the Post section we have Alex's Ode to the Banana, and under threads we've got the amazing, X-rated, bendy Cheerio Pimp Daddy. Hee. I've also added a sanctuary images page, for images submitted by you guys to be put on the board, and I've added starlite's, beautyone's, and Berry's pictures to the About Us page. Uh....as for the informational section of the update, you all prolly know already we're having trouble with a rogue chatter by the name of ED (also goes by cc sometimes). I deleted our chat room and got another one, so if he shows up in the new one, please let me know. If he manages to find that one, further steps will have to be taken. Further updates on that as necessary. Also, check back in a couple days or so for a London 2002 page...which will have posted on it all of the latest developments in the way of our June trip next year.

*sigh* Maybe I should do updates more often? lol. Not let 'em pile up and shit? Hm. Because, once again, we have a (as qc would say) veritable buttload of stuff to be added today. Let's see, we've got seven chats, three threads, and three profiles. Hm...it doesn't sound like that much when I group it that way. Okay, never mind. Just believe me when I say it's a lot. ;)
Okie dokie....let's blow this popsicle stand...under the Crazyness section, we've got a few new threads: Free Web Sex for You! is our lovely little spammer thread from last week...hehee...and our responses to it. Resurrecting Goatman is finally up, thanks in totality to Sophie, who is back from the weekend and, like the angel she is, took that thread off my hands and updated it for us! Woo, Sophie! And last but not least is the Holy War thread...in which Beautyone is Joan of Arc, Starlite is the devil, and I am God. But we all knew that already...so hey. ;)
Under the About Us section, I've removed Robert n. because, well, because he hasn't been here in forever other than one drunken five minutes of chat on his birthday. But in his place, we've now got Berry, Leo, and "Riley Finn"...check 'em out, and see for yourselves how these people admit to being crazy ;)
And okay...under chats, we've got seven new entries: World Leaders 2000 has qc spazzing out about...oh wait, that's not unusual. ;P okay...moving on. Okay. And now onto this entry's informational update: Firstly I'd like to point out to everyone that the link to the surrogate chat is now up the sanctuary, at the top of the page to the right of the regular chat link. Hopefully, this will avoid confusion when we have to go there due to bravenet problems. Also, thanks again Heather for making that one up for us :)
Also, due to the overwhelming amount of newbies flocking to the BC&S, a few people have asked me to address the "invite" policy. While most of us do seem to like the privacy and close-knit group here, we also pretty much think that new blood every once in awhile is a good thing. So while we don't want everyone knowing we're here, I'm gonna go ahead and say that the invite policy stands, for now. Every one who posts at the sanctuary is free to invite anyone from the BC&S (or anywhere else they know people from) to come post here, provided that A) it's not MCLVR or Leoff (please see the rules page), and B) that they understand the policy themselves. I hate being all executive Board runner person...but I have to think about the core group, here, and what's best for my posters. (That's right...you're mine...all of you. ha ha ha!)

Uh...oh yeah. London 2002! Who's up for this idea? I mentioned it in the last update, but nobody ever said anything. Holy shit, guys...I have a massive massive massive update for you this time :) I'd recommend that you not read everything all in one sitting, because you're likely to go blind from staring at the computer for too long if ya do. lol.
Okay...under the Crazyness section, we've got some new threads up: silver gets a woo hoo!, Die Voy, Die!, Leo, Wait!, and Going Blind.
Jesus, had to start a new paragraph after that shit. Okay. And then, under CHATS, we've got BoB night, Save This Chat, What?, Lick Me Hard, Studying on your Knees, Sanka, and a couple SB themed chats, entitled SB goes a little crazy and SB pays attention.
Whew! And are we done yet? Hell no! Hehee...
As if there wasn't enough to add already, several people had to go and get creative! As a result, we have not one, not two, but three new fics (of a sort ;) ), and the beginning of an on-going alternate buffy series, called Fluffy the Vampire Slayer, or Something or Other..., by Starlite. The fics are: Life is a Jewel and Pay it Back by Beautyone, and Bracky's Dime by Heather.
Hm...is that it? For the links, I think yes, for now. Thank GOD! Or...whatever. Heh. Anyways, I also do still have an informational update for you guys, in case anyone cares...Firstly, it was Liz's birthday last Friday, so Happy Birthday again, Liz! Even though you're probably living it up in the sex hut, or whatever...our birthday wishes were with you :) Secondly, everyone join me in welcoming qc back from the land of the dead! She has finally gotten some hours, and had come to visit the board a few times...we think. Well, I'm pretty sure she has. Hm...she's still kind of elusive, isn't she? Thirdly, prolly everyone has noticed that we now have an HTML Quickie page, where you can go for all of your simple html coding needs. Rembember to take out the stars!!! lol.
Okay, and lastly, for now...I'd like to bring to everyone's attention an idea formed (I think) by Alex and Sophie, about a possible get-together type thing in London, 2002. Any thoughts on this, everyone? If so, please post with responses, or e-mail the sanctuary.

I have lots of updates for ya today :) Under the Crazyness section, we've got qc's Word Rant, three new chat snippets in Another Spontaneous Heatherosa Song, Pop Star Revenge, and The Pursuit of Cheese, from just a few hours ago, and a thread originally from the BC&S....Magnanimous Heather, just for the hell of it. I have also added Robert n's info to the About Us Page. Welcome, Robert :)
Whew...I hope all that worked! Took me bloody forEVER to do that last chat, you guys! Okay, new rule...everyone must come into the chat room with a little dot before their name, and you have to end every sentence with <*br> (without the star)! Ha ha, just kidding. Just a quick note to let you guys know I've updated the Crazyness section, with qc's Glory Rant, and have also added (*sniff sniff*) Sophie's Response to Sophie's Shrine.
As I mentioned on the board, I won't be on a tremendous amount until probably Friday this week, so don't be surprised if I seem a little....less there, than usual. And yeah, I'm talking physically, not mentally :) I will, however, still be checking in once or twice a day, and also checking my mail. So if you need me for anything, Let me know. Ta Ta for now!

*sniff* My last update thingy
Ok, i have upadte the Crazyness section. I have added The Death of Goatman and Bo to the Threads section and added Silver's Snow poem, Sweedy's Ode To His Zip Drive and Bo's First Performance to the Posts Section. I have also added Matt's info to the About Us Page.
Well, that's all folks...I now hand over control of the Inner Sanctum to Silver...I have really enjoyed creating and working on this site and would like to thank her for undertaking to carry it on *hugs sil* thanks :)

All righty. Big news, guys! We have a new Board! Check it out! Thanks again to Heather and Sophie for the beta...uh...checking, or posting or whatever :) So as far as I'm concerned, this is our new sanctuary, and we can pretty much kiss ITW goodbye. Uh...Hi all :) Oh boy do I feel weird typing amongst all of this html crap...hehee. Okay, well...Sophie has been patiently explaining to me how to do this stuff, so I'm giving it a go. My first mission: to make a page...one that works, even. I'm pretty sure I've done this. Second mission...to update the updates page, and successfully link to the aforementioned new page. *deep breath* okay...here goes :) I stuck a spontaneous poem I wrote in chat one night on the Crazyness section....(Hm...I wonder if that worked? Hm..... *sil is busy speculating, even as she types* Okay...next part. *another deep breath* ).....the page I added was Come Back. Hm...some more. Now I'm just wild with curiosity to find out if this works. *sigh* I'll just have to wait 'till I'm done to find out. Okay, I should prolly put a new paragraph in here somewhere....
Uh...oh yeah. ITW is shutting down, as you no doubt all know by now. I've looked at several options, and think I've found the place I want us to go to (thanks for being the beta tester, Heater :) , though Novogate is not currently accepting applications for new boards). I will keep you updated as things develop, but we will have a place to go to before this board is deleted :) Um....end paragraph. Or something.
And, as you also probably all know...Sophie is leaving us :( Yes, it's true...she will be gone for a long while, probably, but that in no way means that she is not still our beloved web mistress :) And she shall return and grace us once again with her soapy-ness :) In the interim, Soph is collecting addresses for anyone who'd like to stay in touch via snail mail until she gets back. If you'd like her to have your addy, please Email her. And oh boy, I wonder if *that* worked?!

Hehe, I had a busy updating day today(it might not seem like it, but for some reason all this website stuff is really tiring *yawn* lol :) I made four updates to the Crazyness section, first, I added Heather's Birthday Party thread and the 'Heatherosa' thread(yes, I know that was on the C&S, but it made me laugh so much, I had to include it)to the Threads section, then, I added the Country Songs and qc's Boredom poem to the Posts section. Also, Beautyone's emails address has changed.

Ok, yesterday I updated the 'About Us' section and added Starlite's info, and then, added a new Chats section to the Crazyness page, thanks to heather for saving the chat and sil for mailing it to me, and if anyone's ever in chat and there's an intersting conversation going on, please save it and mail it to me so I can include it in the 'webpage thing'. I also, hopefully, fixed some of the links, I hope I got all of them, but if I didn't, please let me know :)
Yep, we still don't have a name, altho, only a couple of people left to cast their votes now...thinking about it now, i think it should be call 'fuck 'em all and burn!!!!!!!!' but that's just me.....so, if you haven't voted yet...VOTE!!! Go, now! go!!! do it!!! *points at the board* this is (apparently) a democratic sanctuary...you've been given the right to have your say and you should use it...do you have any idea how many people fought so that you could have that right?? Well, ok, technically, no-one did cos sil decided to let everyone vote on it, but, that's not that point... :)

This is just a page I've decided to make cos, well, I'm bored...I'm gonna put here about parts of the site dealie(� Heather)I've updated, maybe also ramble on for a little while if I've got nothing else to do and feel like, well, rambling...maybe say what's going on at the board...I'm not really sure yet, but I'll update this page pretty much whenever I feel like it...maybe every day, maybe once a week, maybe i'll never write anything here again...who knows :)
Anyways, today I added Sil's other really good poem to the valentine's poem page and then, just cos the conversation just cracked me up, I add the 'adjusting your speakers' convo from last night to the threads page...I'm sorry, kill me if you must, but I couldn't resist saving that part of the thread. let this be a warning, anything you post on sil's board, might end up on this website :)
Starlite came to the board and made that kickass graphic up there *points*..Starlite, if you see this and don't want the graphic used here, just yell at me on the board and (if ya want to) smack me round the face and I'll take it off. :)
