August 2, 2004: Unfortunately, this site's webmaster is no longer able to handle the flood of incoming e-mails. For that reason, please send no longer feedback to this website. The only kind of feedback that are still welcome are concrete contributions to a page on this website, such as paragraph change requests, addition requests, or deletion requests. If you have such a change request, please specify in your mail the page and paragraph to be changed along with the new contents.
August 31, 2004: Another bad news. Microsoft Hotmail deleted all mails in the webmaster's inbox. If you have sent in a mail between April 15, 2004 and August 31, 2004, please resend it if possible. The reason for the deletion is Hotmail's new policy to delete all e-mail data of an account if the time span between two log-ins exceeds 30 days. The webmaster apologizes for this tragic loss of reader's feedback on behalf of himself and Microsoft. Thank you all very much for sharing your very valuable thoughts and experiences, and for helping to improve this website.
November 15, 2005: If you decide to send an e-mail, despite the request not to do so, please don't expect a reply within the next few months. The webmaster has great troubles answering all incoming mail and the backlog is very long.
