downtown
Club dues are $20.00 for 2008. Dues are payable to: PMA, c/o Jerry Tupper,
2029 W. Rohmann Ave., West Peoria, IL, 61604 for the 2008 calendar year. For new members, club dues are prorated for
the remaining months of the current year.
