Worst items were featured. RICH RAU brought in a hilarious sceance stick with a newspaper funny paper section held by two hands. GRANT GOLDEN brought in an extremely difficult to fold and set-up blendo-type jumbo silk effect. GREG JOYCE performed most of the jumbo card routine "The Whole Thing" by Darryl. One of our new female guests helped out considerably in showing Grant a method for setting up the silks. GORDON SNOW was doing walk-around magic at The Central Illinois Car Show at the Peoria Civic Center and afterward stopped in to say hello and relive his adventures by telling us the story of the extravagant buffet given to the car dealers in their pre-show dinner the night before, in which he was invited to partake. Tiny prime rib sandwiches, chocolates, pineapple and other fruit were featured. Whenever Gordon mentioned pineapple, one of the female guests became, well....enthusiastic!
