Banquet Grecian Gardens in Chillicothe. (No regular meeting in January.)

Sunday, January 28, 5:00 P.M.

The dinner will consist of a choice of steak, chicken, or fish, potato, salad, and drink. The cost will be around $16. The after-dinner entertainment will be a magic performance by a mystery guest and his assistant Rene. Grecian Gardens is located on Rt. 29 in Chillicothe near the Kroger’s in the shopping center. Last Month:

December Meeting, Monday, December 18 – Gordon Snow, Troy Keefer and Mike Tate performed a little close-up magic for the patrons at Leonardo’s. Gordon did a paper hat tear, Troy performed some card effects, and Mike convinced the staff there was a pigeon flying around the restaurant (by throwing his voice) and performed his rising dime on hand effect. There was a reference by Gordon to the “location” of the bird’s flight around the restaurant and to the “spot” on the table, which caused a little concern for the staff!

The Peoria Magicians Assembly meets the THIRD Monday of the month at Leonardo’s Pizza (Party Room), 700 E. War Memorial Dr., Peoria Heights, IL.  The club does not meet during some months including July and August.  Please consult the web site for current information.  Guests are invited to our meetings at no charge.  Membership is available for $20 a year beginning in January each year
