Here are many recipes that I've collected or typed in myself throughout the years that are specifically McDougall Program. CAUTION - as I look over some from the Internet or bbs echo conferences I'm noticing some of these may be actually "low fat" but not "McDougall" since they contain non-approved food items like eggs, oil, margerine, or tofu. Some McDougall recipes *do* list tofu, since in the early days Mary McDougall did use it as an ingredient in her recipes.
If you come across a recipe that is obviously NOT McDougall, please let me know and I will remove it from this page and put it under the appropriate category elsewhere on this site.
If you have a request for a certain type of recipe and you don't see it here, please ask - I may have it in a database but haven't posted it here.
And I *promise* I'll get started expanding this page. :)
