MMMMM----- Recipe via Meal-Master (tm) v8.05 Title: Quick Curry Rice Categories: Low-fat, Mcdougall Yield: 1 servings 1 1/2 c Water 1 Onion; chopped 1 Garlic clove; minced 1 tb Curry powder Several twists of freshly -ground black Pepper 1 1/2 c Instant brown rice 2 Tomatoes; chopped 1 bn Green onions; chopped Place 1/4 cup of the water, the onion, and garlic in a saucepan and cook for about 5 minutes. Add the curry powder and pepper and the remaining 1 1/4 cups water. Bring to a boil, add the rice, reduce heat to low, cover, and simmer for 5 minutes. Remove from heat.
