MMMMM----- Recipe via Meal-Master (tm) v8.05 Title: "Chicken-Less" Salad Categories: Low-fat, Mcdougall Yield: 1 servings 1 pk Lite silken tofu; (10.5 oz) 1/4 c Fat-free mayonnaise or Tofu mayonnaise (page 255) 1/8 c Chopped green onions 1/8 c Finely chopped celery 1/8 c Sweet pickle relish 1 tb Prepared mustard 1 tb Soy sauce 1/4 ts Garlic powder 1/4 ts Turmeric several 1 Freshly ground black pepper Mash the tofu with a bean masher. Combine with the remaining ingredients in a bowl. Serve at once or refrigerate until serving.
