MMMMM----- Recipe via Meal-Master (tm) v8.05 Title: Chocolate Fruit Fondue Categories: Low-fat, Mcdougall Yield: 1 servings 2 tb Wonderslim cocoa powder 1 tb Cornstarch 1/4 c Water 1 cn Apple juice concentrate; -(12 oz) thawed 2 ts Vanilla 4 c Mixed fresh fruit; cut into -chunks Combine the cocoa powder and cornstarch in a saucepan. Slowly add the water while stirring to make a smooth paste. Stir in the apple juice concentrate and vanilla. Cook over low heat, stirring constantly, until thickened, about 5 minutes. Transfer to a fondue pot or chafing dish to keep warm. Dip pieces of fruit into the warm sauce. Servings: 4 Preparation Time: 15 minutes Cooking Time: 5 minutes Recipe Hint: Use a variety of fruit, such as strawberries, bananas, apples, mangoes, papaya, or melons.
