MMMMM----- Recipe via Meal-Master (tm) v8.05 Title: Mexi Soup Categories: Low-fat, Mcdougall Yield: 1 servings 1 Onion; chopped 1/3 c Water 1 cn Crushed tomatoes; (28 oz) 1 cn Kidney beans; (15 oz) -undrained 1 cn Garbanzo beans; (15 oz) -undrained 1 cn Creamed corn; (16 oz) 1 c Vegetable broth 1 cn Tomato sauce; (8 oz) 1 tb Taco seasoning Several dashes of tabasco -sauce Place the onion and water in a medium soup pot. Cook, stirring occasionally, for 4 minutes. Add the remaining ingredients, bring to a boil, cover, and simmer for 25 minutes. Servings: 6 Preparation Time: 5 minutes Cooking Time: 30 minutes Recipe Hint: We use Taco Dust seasoning by Cajun Dust of Phoenix, Arizona. Other taco seasonings will also work in this recipe.
