MMMMM----- Recipe via Meal-Master (tm) v8.05 Title: Ellen's Bean Soup Categories: Low-fat, Mcdougall Yield: 1 servings 1/4 c Water 1 Onion; chopped 1 tb Chili powder 1 cn Chopped tomatoes; (28 oz) 1 cn Black beans; (15 oz) drained And rinsed 1 cn Pinto beans; (15 oz) drained And rinsed 1 cn Kidney beans; (15 oz) -drained And rinsed 1 cn Diced green chilies; (4 oz) 1 cn Ro-tel tomatoes and green -chilies -- (10 oz) 4 c Vegetable broth Place the water in a large soup pot. Add the onion and chili powder. Cook, stirring occasionally, for 5 minutes. Add the remaining ingredients, bring to a boil, cover, reduce heat, and simmer for 30 minutes.
