MMMMM----- Recipe via Meal-Master (tm) v8.05 Title: Creamy Vege Soup Categories: Low-fat, Mcdougall Yield: 1 servings 2 1/2 c Water 1 Cauliflower; cut into large Pieces 1 sm Onion; coarsely chopped 1 ts Minced fresh garlic 1 c Frozen hash brown potatoes --- chopped 1/2 c Baby carrots 1 Celery; coarsely chopped 1/4 c Soy sauce 1/2 c Cashews 3/4 ts Cardamom Combine all ingredients in a large soup pot. Bring to a boil, cover, and cook over medium heat for 15 minutes, or until all the vegetables are tender.
