Letter 57 -- Faith in the New Age Our
dear Blessing Spirits, Please
do not become upset if some things that are said in this Letter seem a
bit frightening, for it is not our intention to frighten anyone, only to
state the Truth. Not only is there no religion higher than Truth, there
is nothing higher than Truth. What we have been describing in the
two previous Letters are the stages in faith where all mankind should be
at this point in history. For the faith that is required in this New Age
reaches beyond what was defined and what is known to man at this present
time. Man has a lot of catching up to do–thus the reason why such an
intensity of energy is pouring forth from all Sources that have received
and responded to His call. Would you believe that there is as much
activity going on in the ‘worlds beyond’ as there is in yours? However, all of the former’s
effort is
working according to His Will while only a small portion exists in the
effort of the latter. As
we said in the second Letter on faith, the second natural step in faith
is the stage of purification, while the first is the realization that
man is divine. Due to the fact that often the soul tires as man fails to
allow step one to even touch him, it draws to itself step two in an
effort to thrust consciousness into higher awareness. Many who read this
realize that step two occurred in their lives before step one. This is
because the soul has wearied on its path due to the laziness and fear of
the mind. However, it need not occur this way, as this is, shall we say–‘double
pain’. For once the feet are on the path due to step one, purification
begins naturally. But some prefer to reach their destiny the most
difficult way, and that is their choice as always. This
leads us to our next point. Most of humanity is not even at the first
stage, therefore their souls have been and will continue to draw to
themselves suffering and agony of the most intense kind in order to move
the evolution quickly along, as this is the time of quickening. For the
close of each Age carries with it the purging and vomiting of the old
that holds no Truth, to make a new and clear way for the incoming Age.
Now if the mind and heart pushes against this purging the devastation
and suffering will be more difficult to handle. And woe to the man who,
during his time of purification closes himself even further to the Love
that is his, and turns to bitterness; he draws his pain ever closer to him. And thus he will
not survive. And we do not mean this in terms of the physical, but in
the sense of the soul. The
increase of suffering upon your planet has been at the choice of
humanity, not of your God. He is not sending it to mankind out of His
wishes–but humanity has, in fact, requested it. For
you see, deeply within the being there exists a destiny, and if that
destiny is denied by the mind–all of the creative forces within send
forth a call and draws to the man that which will–hopefully–turn him
towards his divinity, no matter how forceful it may seem. Humanity, en
masse, is sending forth that call. All men know within their Center that
time is short and something must be done or they will perish. And we are
sad to say, that even we are doubtful that the purging that is
approaching in these next twenty-one years will be accepted and received
by the majority of men. However, and we state this strongly, we have
been mistaken before as the will of man is a powerful force once it is
clearly and rightly directed–therefore we will not lose heart for you
till the very end. As we’ve said in earlier Letters, those of you who
have led the “good life” and have diligently been directing your
will in faith to Him–will “live”. There is no end for you, for
Life and the consciousness of that Life is eternally yours. The physical
body may come and go, but your path nears its end in this Age as you
greet all that comes your way in faith, humility and patience. Now,
just what is New Age faith? In simple terms, our friends, it is faith in
us and what we have to give to you. Those of you, as spoken above will
step into this faith with little trouble, and your ability to merge with
us will increase daily. However,
some hindrances may occur, if your faith is not developed to its
fullest, hence our need to explain to you what faith in us truly means.
Each New Age brings with it new Truths-(new to the existing
consciousness of man). And these Truths are brought to humanity by not
just one Great Teacher, but by an outpouring through many who are of a
certain level of consciousness and spiritual evolvement. We are
contained in the latter group. However, and this is critical–there
must be a certain factor of your population who are also spiritually
evolved and consciously open–linked with the all important position of
faith to walk into the darkness; reach out into the unknown, take our
hands and receive what we have to offer. We then move into the Light
together. You
are our task–our dharma–if you like. We have consented to work with
all forces that are in joint communion with the Higher Will to see your
planet through its time of tribulation into the Light. Those of you who
wish to join in this work, we rejoice; for the entire consciousness of
humanity is needed, however this will in all probability not happen.
Therefore, those of you who lend us your “conscious ear”; we
joyfully join hands. Your
faith in us will mean that you have the openness and wonderment of a
child as your mind must have no deterrents to what we have to teach.
Hence the meaning of Jesus’ statement, “You must be as a little
child to enter the Kingdom of Heaven.” A child has very little in his
consciousness to hold him from learning a new lesson–a new Truth. And
for you, the same state of mind must be yours, always open and trusting
to the voice of the Teacher as He tells you many things you may not have
heard before. However, you have faith in Him and are willing to give His
teachings the test of time. We
will tell you Truths that are going to transcend your present state of
logic and understanding. Time and time again you will be prone to say.
“But that doesn’t make sense–it doesn’t follow what I already
know! How can that be true?” There are many areas in our technological
advancements that you would find “impossible” , as it does not
follow your path of reasoning to exist; nevertheless we could show you
many things that do not fit with your present knowledge of science. So
then too we have much to tell you regarding the Truths of the Higher
Realms that may not coincide with your present understanding of
philosophy and religion. However, remember this and remember it well:
there is nothing we have to give you that is contrary to the Messages of
the Great Teachers. What will surprise you is that you have the
understanding of only a small fraction of what They have
given you. Each
new Teacher brings with Him a new understanding of the teachings of the
last Great One. This is a law. We are now fulfilling that law in this
New Age. For what we have to give you will bring alive the deepest
meaning of all of the knowledge and wisdom the Great Beings have given
to your planet since its creation. You may be elated at this point and
think, “O how wonderful that this is going to happen.” Again, danger
looms. For no matter how open any of you may think you are, you still
have some expectations as to how this is going to happen and as to what
it will ask of you. Remember expectation is not true faith! And your
faith is then darkened. Much will be asked of you, for some of what you
will be learning will not match what you have been taught, due to
erroneous teachings. And when you do accept the New Age Truths, you will
be asked to give Them to others. Naturally your ability to do this will
vary as you all have different talents in the fields of teaching and
communication. But know that it is a law; you must give to others what
you have been given. Are
you willing to be scorned and ridiculed in the name of Truth? Are you
willing to be cast out and rejected in the name of Wisdom? Aha–we are
back to Step two in faith, aren’t we? You see, we reiterate again,
when much is given, much will be asked. But GREAT is the reward! For in
this you will always be cradled in the bosom of His Will, His Care and
His Protection. Your evolution, due to your faith and work has then made
a quantum leap into the New Age and has placed you into a new family.
You will be a member of our family; we will be a member of yours. We
meet, merge and become ONE in purpose. We will, together, work closely
with all Kingdoms. The angelic, deva and elemental families will be your
handmaidens as you listen and learn from them–leading you into a
cooperative joint effort in the carrying out of the Plan.
That
Plan, our friends, as we’ve said many times, is to bring your humanity
and your planet into the New, into the Light, into the WILL of the
FATHER. He is the Father of us all. And you have the capacity and the
destiny to live completely within and according to His Will. Not just
now and then, but FULLY and in ALL WAYS, as we do. This you will do as
this our brothers and sisters, is the Message of the New Age. –Take
