Letter 30 -- Children 10:00 A.M., Thursday, April 14, 1977 Our Dear Blessing Spirits, Let Us speak of children. The children of today are the souls of yesterday. Is this something you’ve heard many times before? Indeed you have, but let Us examine it more closely–for its meaning is of particular importance in today’s world. Have we not made it clear that the preparation that is being attended to now by the Hierarchy is the fruition of efforts that reach far into the past? Let Us, in this message, speak of the importance of the souls needed in the furtherance of this planet’s future salvation. And who are those souls? They are your children, Our dear ones, your children. “For God seeks His expression in the faces of His little ones, and in their innocence He allows their growth to proceed as all children should, but He secretly dwells in their Hearts as they gather the flowers of experience which will eventually lead to the spreading of His Love and good works by their very existence.” O Mothers, Fathers, teachers and all who come into contact with these little ones, do not hinder that which belongs to Him, do not destroy their fire and spirit by abuse, neglect and lack of understanding. Teach them to open their Hearts; teach them to Bless as you listen to their cares and woes for theirs is a particularly troubled world. Hold them close and let the Love of your Heart flow into theirs and tell them that you love them as God loves them. For listen and listen well, these are the souls that have been under intense schooling before entering this life and many, many are the saints and sages of yesterday. They need your tender care so that this Wisdom once again may spark forth in them to literally uplift the men and women of today. Do not rob them and humanity of that which is needed so badly. Their avidness to once more live and breathe the Spirit of God will draw mankind into their healing auras. For look around and you will see that such souls exist among you; look into the faces of the children of today and see the eyes of Christ–call Him forth in them–let Him live in them–embrace Him in them. Allow Him in you to commune together with them. Many of you know who you are and although you may not know the particulars, you know that your life is moving more and more quickly into service as the Spirit calls you to do so. And the Higher Self within reaches out to meet the challenge. No more will service be the avocation of your life, it will become your vocation–you will see, you will see. As a captain prepares his troops to meet what is ahead so that the people may be saved, We too ask that you help Us in the preparation of the troops of humanity–those that are destined by the Will of their souls and God to save the world. Help Us help the children–for much exists that is against them and you have an uphill battle, but remember We are with you and behind you all the way, guiding. Ask Our help in all that you do concerning the children; in disciplining, in correcting, in consoling in all matters and you will discover developing within them the beauty of God and the power, yes the power that they will need to meet what is ahead. Love them unto Us. And as you have been working with the other Letters and have been a Blessing Spirit unto the world, We ask that you begin to teach the children how to be Blessing Spirits with you. Go slowly and gently and call for Our help in doing so and remember that they are old in the Spirit and will respond more quickly than you think for this will not be news to their Hearts. Above all have patience for as ye too are of the antiquity of beauty as they, this is a time when age has no meaning and you are communing with them Spirit to Spirit. Do not be concerned if they scoff at you at first, remember patience and allow Us also time to reach their Hearts. Later as they develop you will then know the proper time to tell them of spreading God’s joy to others. Ah see and feel how We are all one and it matters not the age of the physical body. For the times and ways of God are swiftly moving and waste not one moment in delivering the Spirit of Him to all, as the Blessings and the Joys that you are pouring out are a Joy and Blessing to Us who see the far reaching effects of your efforts. God be with you eternally. |
