4. DARK RECOLLECTIONS: Was it hard finding band members for the band?

MARTIN: Nah, not really man we are a lucky band where if we lose a member, one is available at hand and a great player like our drummer fuckin D. Crazy!

5.DARK RECOLLECTIONS: How was the name OBEISANCE chosen... who came up with the idea for the name?

MARTIN: I, Martin Von Fah Q came with the name after close careful consideration and consultation with BATHORY's "Under the Sign of the Black Mark"

6. DARK RECOLLECTIONS: Talk about your CD "Lucifer Master" on Utterly Somber Creations...

MARTIN: It was recorded Dec 01/Jan 02 but released till 2005!! It is SOLD OUT!!! Fortunately, I've seen no bad reviews of it. We do have some copies of the CD and vinyl. Get 'em from us as well as limited copies of "Hellbent on Slaughter" 94 and "Infierno Eterno" 96.

7.DARK RECOLLECTIONS: What is the song "Scorched Earth... "Hellbent on Slaughter" about?

MARTIN: The motherfucking APOCALYPSE! Satan's tanks roll across the land! The kingdom of satan is close at hand. The northern ice prophets speak of the coming of Odin, but will see no such crap as their necks are broken! PRAISE HELL SATAN!!

8. DARK RECOLLECTIONS:What inspires your music and lyrics?

MARTIN: Lucifer! Evil! Darkness! Genocide! Massacres! Mass Murder! Insanity! Beer! Eating Pussy! Tequila! Jagermeister!

9. DARK RECOLLECTIONS: Do you get to play live much...what are some of the bands you have played with?

MARTIN: Yeah about once a month which is over limit to avoid burnout of the fans,we have shared the stage with: with The Chasm, Thornspawn, Infinitum Obscure, Ancient Gods, Noctuary, Pyre, Krisiun, Incantation, Reign of Terror, Demonology, Ancient Malus, Permafrost, Dagon, Dark Evocation, Yodas Eye, DarkShore Evil Onit- We also played with AngelFlesh, Raped God, Insatanity

10.DARK RECOLLECTIONS: Have you had any interest from other labels to release your music?

MARTIN: Yeah: Warhammer records (R.I.P.), Reborn in blasphemy records, Black Seed Productions, Hellfire Records, Desastrious Records

11.DARK RECOLLECTIONS: Can we expect a new CD release in the near future?

MARTIN: Yeah first we must secure a record deal for "Unholy, Unwholesome and Evil" and we will go into the studio soon to record "Satanik Shocktroops of Doom" All this we wish to happen in 2006.6.6

12.DARK RECOLLECTIONS: What is the scene like where you live...any bands you recommend checking out?

MARTIN: We have satanic death metal:
Reign of Terror, Demonology.
Black Metal:
Pyre, Obeisance(Yeah)!! Nyogthaeblisz war fucking metal: Embalmed, Demolisher
Thrash Metal:
DarkShore, Ministry is from El Paso now and Mike Scaccia from RIGOR MORTIS lives here.
Others like Yoda's Eye, Pyretic, Dead Silence. From Juarez: Dark Evocation, Lilith's Mortuary, etc....
