She totally wasted a Neo-Nazi web site on one occasion! I believe that 9/11 was engineered by Neo-Nazis, not Bin Ladin.
We have been able to forge voice tapes on the PC since 1992 and maybe even sooner. When the first version of AVI came out in Oct. 1992, the engineer at Microsoft were all making Bill Gates say very bad things, using their own tools. At Asymetrix they were working on editing tools also. And Adobe came out with Premier just a few years later.
Bin Laden is a scapegoat for something else. I did a profile of him after a video tape was released for Peter Neumann at the SRI. The interpretation of the tape was wrong from a linguistic's point of view. His demeaner doesn't match one of a violent man at all. He is our operative for the CIA! The tapes put out are about what he was trained to do for the CIA. They are too different from what we are now doing in Iraq. What is going on here?

But that is because it's a conspiracy case.
I'm attempting, as both a women with a very high math background, to explain the consequences of letting something like this go on in a world with the Internet.
Gates is an intangible asset to Microsoft and MSFT shareholders, including the employees. As such his name has asset value to the company. This is both an accounting and legal issue.
Intangible Assets: those assets which have no physical substance but have future economic benefits based on rights or benefits accruing to the assets' owner. (accrue: to come into existence as a legally enforceable claim)
In December 1991 I filed a pro se case and requested pro bono counsel due to massive harassment by Microsoft people and Preston Gates and Ellis, Gates' father's law firm. The case was never legally briefed.
Simply because I was an attractive women, there was an assumption that it had something to do with sex and sexual harassment. But it didn't. It had to do with my right to privacy involving an EEOC harassment case involving someone else in the company assaulting me. This assault caused me physical and professional injuries, destroyed my family. I suffered from this and have almost died due to the assault. It had to do more with Connie Ballmer, wife of the present CEO - Steve Ballmer and Microsoft PR, publicly defaming me in the media without having any knowledge of who I am. This was all based on gossip. I essentially filed the case to gain closure for everyone and in an attempt to get mediation for the case my injuries. The nerds went crazy over what the company was doing to me after I testified in the first antitrust case for Microsoft. Now I want some people in jail.
So a major conspiracy arose to protect Bill Gates' asset value by many parties. Many are totally unknown to me. Instead of protecting his asset value, they began destroying it by eventually forcing me to go to the web with this site. Microsoft legal didn't handle this case in proper legal manner. Microsoft HR didn't handle this case in proper manner.
Because I was in the media, my case was know in the industry. When you sue someone you do an investigation so I was being used by other companies against them. Since the executives didn't know I began making more post. I got fed up with everyone. As a result of the acts of these people, MSFT stock dropped from $119 to $70 or $35 by today's stock split in a few week when Gates resigned as CEO after I posted this! Now it's only about $25. This stock crash caused a domino effect on the entire technology segment.
The economic lost from this to the nation and our state as a whole is in the Hundreds of Billions of dollars. The market cap. is now only $274.73Billion. I've seen it over $600 Billion. These cases go on all the time. Instead of mediation, executives and attorneys get into these battles.
I lost everything from this. But the economy lost so much that, I decided to attempt to explain it to just normal people, especially women who seem less interested in math and economics who seem to trust gossip more than facts. With the Internet these battles are no longer private. So it goes around and around with these links. This same thing happened after 9/11 with our politics and decision to go to war.
I'm sure Condoleezza Rise is a good economics and mathematician. Do the numbers! And as a female, she has very good intuition. This thing has to stop and get sorted out. War is no longer fought with Weapons of Mass Destruction. It's fought with Stealth. Not the kind my father worked on for the Lockheed and CIA, but the economic kind!
I'm Gates' intellectual equal. He knows this. Due to the continued very bad management practices at Microsoft and it's economic damages to everyone, I've positioned the company for a corporate take over if I die. I work at this just like a job and have been at it for 10. If my 9 web sites disappear from the web without anything about a settlement in the media, that will mean I'm dead or they have attempted to put me in jail or institutionalize me. That will be a GO for everyone else to move on them and you all know who you are! I have again warned Microsoft of my intent to sue for the retaliation and continued harassment, especially by the Gates Foundation. They are still playing the same game. The harassment is criminal and Mr. Gates Sr. has know about it for over 10 years and contributed to it.
If the Gates Foundation continues what it's doing we're going to see an epidemic of Biblical Proportions. I ward that HIV would mutate due to this drug treatment and it did. I've wan red about the same thing happening with vaccines.
Bill Gates is a GOD! I think he really does know that! I was a rancher so I could raise my own food and do research. The Meals On Wheels Program had only one Kosher meal for Seniors and the Disabled - as in with HIV/AIDS. I was eating that almost daily because it was the only thing I felt was remotely safe. When I tried to mix some other things back in after getting violently sick at the beginning of October and ending up in the ER dehydrated. I haven't eaten one of these meals since - 5 are still left as evidence. Most of the food in these cases I consider inedible - especially by children. How do you cure a disease if the food is disease and chemically polluted? But that's OK as long as the drug companies and doctors get paid.

Having been a rancher, I've seen it all - the good, the bad, and the ugly of the effects of sanitation on livestock. These markets must reek of urea. The biggest health problem throughout the third world is both human and animal waste in populated areas. If they just had concert pens with waste troths for collecting the waste we could teach these people the value of recycling. Most of them doing know they can make money from chicken shit - one of the richest fraternizer known.
One of the big problems is that most people don't have access to tools like picks and shovels. So they can't even clean things up or dig a ditch for bringing in clean water. What if every family in the USA bought a shovel or pick and donated it to the third world. How about a bucket or hoe. What we need is the Peace Corps and tool drive. If you want to fight terrorism, this is the way to do it. Look at the third world and think about it.
Look at these pictures and keep in mind that this is the way people in the third world live - 50 to 65% perhaps. These people don't have good source of water either. Most of Africa, India and Asia have major water problems. If you want a cure for AIDS, this is where you have to start. There is no pill or vaccine that can prevent the mutation of viruses and bacteria when we have this kind of thing going on. In 1991, I was writing to Bill Gates about my experiences with chickens and Microsoft called this harassment? Well, when I see it I say it! You know when people interfere with intellectual communication you take a very big risk. I don't think my 40 years of reseach goes down the toilet just yet. His parents live in Bellevue. He use to work for an attorney name Bruce Butcher in Seattle. He is the one whose ex-girlfriend killed her 3 year old in Arizona. He can testify for Michael Jackson. He later was setup with a bogus drug bus involving a room mate who had some pot growing in the house they were he was house sitting for. The officer was named Johnson and I believe he is Detective Johnson in Bellevue Washington. Mikes family lives there or in Medina so he is a local. Mike also had an attorney in Seattle who got him off named Rosen. Cart Monson was one of my business partners at the time and lived on Mercer Island right down from the Jewish Center off I 90. Senator Patty Murray had a benefit there once. Hope you can find it. I have to catch a bus! I have more on Mike on one of my older archived web sites. I really want to get these drug companies in the worst way because I really believe this is also what happened to Princess Diana! The cover up is intense. But his story is even more intense. I've been waiting to find this... but it wasn't up the last time I took my 269 bus. I'm having my only safe and work reliable bus route taken away. I'm a regular rider of this route. AND other people do ride it too. But the reason they are taking it due to my Vocational Program I was working on for the Ticket To Work. This would have worked out fine, had it not been for my prior knowledge of sabotage to my transportation. So I told my DVR person, Mandy Lee, that my transportation was going to change.
Mandy is quite young. Note that her E-mail address has been changed so someone else can receive E-mail sent from me. I was hacked by someone in DSHA who did the same thing with another women. And the last time I went to the FBI, instead of getting an interview, I was kept in the lobby and yet another distressed women was sent out. This has happened repeatedly! So there is something going on here in Seattle. There is a cover-up. Well, perhaps if someone in the agency were reading what I was on the web they would have seen 9/11 coming too. How could anyone in the government miss Evil Angelica!
I know that one too. They were looking through pornography with scanning tools instead, trying to find secret codes buried in the graphics. We have had a very warm and dry winter here in the Pacific Northwest. Last time this happened (about 1993-1994) we had a run of REAL Bunnies running around Microsoft. It was also a good year for Rats. With all the water and new construction they were even being found in Kirkland and Medina. It will be interesting to see what this year brings. We also had a lot of forest fires. When the food source gets scarce they can turn into real demons. They love to crawl through pipes. So keep that toilet lid down, especially at night!
I went looking for this movie from the 70s and didn't even know it was remade! Funny about the name of the main character - Stiles! And the female is named Joan? Stiles was force to termination me by Rick Kerbs without any reason (other than this one). They always get the grammar wrong on their forged documents. What is the problem with Microsoft Security? The turkey they have in charge is a lawyer, not an engineer. Whose idea was it to hire him for this? As far as I'm concerned Governor Gary Locke is still the legal governor of this state until there is a re-election and complete investigation. We are talking election fraud and treason against the US government. I also did research on the computer systems of the INS. This is how I see it!

The physical injury they caused was their fault. There was never disputed due to an Labor and Industry claim. I had NO control over anything. I was Never Interviewed by anyone in HR or Microsoft legal. The harassment and retaliation has never stopped to this day.

Well, seems Yankee Group's Laura DiDio agrees with my assessment of the need for Microsoft to add these new security features.
The biggest problem we have with security today is the lack of diversity due to Microsoft's monopoly. I use to be a rancher and learned how hard it can be to catch a RAT or other vermin. Think about it...

I live in HUD as a disabled person. I know what Zoloft and Prozac do. It's frequently prescribed to people on Welfare. A common side effect for persons who are just having a normal reaction to a bad situation is hallucination - both visual and audio. They hear voices just like the women who killed her 5 children or this teenager on trial for killing his grandparents. I know of another women who had a psychotic episode on Prozac that disemboweled her 3 year old son and then jumped out a windows breaking both legs. So they are then given anti-psychotic drugs to counter act this.
To a company like Pfizer, this is wonderful. Now they have two expensive drugs to sell. Then they have cardiovascular problems, high blood pressure and eventually diabetes as side effects to these drugs, so now they can sell even more dope to you... or the unemployed poor. And this is good for the investors in such companies like Mr. Gates and his foundation that support invalid drug trials by Pfizer and others.
The rich get richer and the poor get exploited on your taxpayer's dollar. Poverty is a disease. Now we need to treat it so that people accept it. Rubber Stamped court order with Mary I. Yu's name - page a and page b, forcing acceptance of attorney fees from SAFECO after being rear ended by a dump truck on the freeway. The $25,000 settlement was then ordered taken from me and placed in a pooled trust that was no longer my money. This is a United Way agency - LA+. It's affiliation with the Gates family has been documented. Access to the money for legal help, etc. is at the whim of the trustee. They said they wouldn't allow access to the money for legal services to resolve my problems, and indication that they are, in fact, inclusion with the Gates' and their intention to hold me in this community against my will. No violation of my civil right by Michael Longyear, who was going against my expressed will in this and now is denying me my records which I paid for!

There is some kind of confidentiality clause on him so Norm Maleng couldn't even find him in the computer. I think he may be involved with this organized crime group that stole the $17 million in Microsoft Software. He has claimed this in the past. He illegally had a medical record for Feussner who died in Overlake Hospital of suicide. I think this was murder - which is what Klaus claimed and said that they would murder me too. You know, when you go to the police with this and you have a page that is from this document and they WON'T investigate, it's very telling. Just who are the Issaquah, Bellevue and Redmond police working for? I can't even get a return call back from this Detective Jarrell Norm Maleng's office told me to contact. No one wants to investigate anything pertaining to Microsoft. WHY?
I attempted to contact a Marlene Tuttle at Overlake but without success. Connie Ballmer - wife of Microsoft CEO Steve Ballmer - is on the Board of Overlake and the Gates Foundation has made major donations the Hospital. I'm clueless why Microsoft has never talked to me or investigated this mess. Why harass me? The fact that the Gates family and their use of the Bill and Melinda Gates Foundation has interfered with my needs for medical treatment, surgery and my career is well documented. I've found over the last 15 years of hell, that doctors when under this kind of pressure, frequently write things that really don't make much sense. In this report by Rodger Minz, he gives me a verbal IQ of 122 and performance IQ of 146 (genius) and then he goes on to say I'm developmentally disabled. LOL I think my visual problem is a sensory disability. They actually wanted me to work in a sheltered workshop for the mentally retarded! This medical report from 1997 at the University of Washington is another good example.
My weight was down to 110 at one time due to the chronic pain and harassment. For someone who was 5'8" this was dangerously low. I went to the Pain Clinic after talking to someone who went through their 3 week program. It was an intense program of physical therapy - about 3 hours a day - and help getting off of drugs and/or alcohol. They also used biofeedback and groups therapy. It was what all my doctors said I really needed at the time. Instead, I was again turned down by this state institution, as I was the year before at Harborview for treatment.
The doctor at the Health Department who referred me there, ended up giving me the generic form of Ativan so I could sleep. This is a very highly addictive medication with major side effects. Unknown to me, this drug was causing my physical condition to deteriorate dramatically. It got to the point where I had difficulty with eating utensils and lifting a coffee cup. I was frequently reduced to dragging myself around on the floor of my apartment. My home care increased from 32 to 100 a month. Eventually it went up to 200 hours.
I now have no home care because the state wasn't providing me with care. They were putting people in my home to intimidate and harass me. This was making my physical condition worse. I feel like I've been through a 15 year nightmare. Now my situation has improved again. You know, being able to at least walk in my apartment is a very big deal. I do fall at times, but that is because my muscles are weak, not because of neurological problems.
Then during an insurance case, my lawyer started coming up with these reports I had never seen before in my medical records. This is one of them and like everything else, it has no signature on it. It so supports what really caused my disability, that I can now sue, with the help of records downloaded from the Bill and Melinda Gates Foundation, for their intentional interference with my medical, social services and career. They documented every single bit of it on their own web site, beginning with the cancellation of my DVR program at the UW in March of 1995 and the first two endowments to the UW in the same month.
Actually, Bill Gates had very little to do with the harassment. Most of it was coming from his father, Bill Gates Sr., who considered a sexual harassment case involving his son to be a very big family issue. To have someone with this kind of wealth using my disability as a point of harassment is sick and criminal. As a result of his corruption, the Gates Foundation has had to practical sign blank checks for the UW and other local agencies that did his bidding. The United Way of King County is getting $55 million. After I attempted to contact Bill Gates' sister about what her father was doing to me, through St. George's, where she was on the Board, they got $10 million. Bill Gates Sr. will attempt to bribe anyone, but has never compensated me for the damage and REAL losses to my children that were taken because of him.
I'm now in better condition than I was in 1997 when I saw this doctor at the Pain Clinic. Dragging myself around on the floor for many years became the physical therapy I needed all those years before. This was all done to me and continues to this date, due to the Gates Foundation and the way that Gates family uses their money to retaliate against me for attempting to sue.
In 1991 I sent E-mail William H. Gates III about some of the illegal activities in his company. His legal department requested such information. He gave that E-mail to the women and it was circulated all over the company. Many who gained access to this were engaged in such illegal activities. His actions exposing me to vicious and malicious harassment during a time when I was attempting to recover from the assault I went through at his company. I believe this assault was intentional and motivated by a prior attempt to report an internal problem to him.

Frequently while doing research on Insider Trading - memo a, memo b - I find a connection to a lot of people. This is often an attorney who has SEC EDGAR filings Form 4 or in older filing G13/A. This is one. Shauna L. Vernal. This attorney doesn't seem to be at a law firm so they might be working at Microsoft! No matter who I find, about 85% of the time, things wined back to The Firm - Preston Gates and Ellis and William H. Gates Jr. (alias Gates Sr.)
I got most of my early insider trading from D & B who puts out a CD-ROM and published books (Which I used in the 80s while in college) annually. They always included the executives of VP and above, including the Board of Directors. One feature I discovered was that a group of insiders, didn't sell stock. This seems to be because they couldn't control the stock price in other companies. CEO-Steve Ballmer was one of these. He went 12 years without reporting a stock sale. Given that Microsoft was going through an antitrust cases with potential fines, this seemed very bizarre. Then in May 2003, Ballmer sold ~$1.45 Billion in about a week's time.
There are people all over monitoring these insiders and their trading habit. It was Jeff Raikes who finally broke ranks and that signaled some major faith changes at Microsoft. Then Neukom broke and a Cascade of insiders began selling off stock.

My biggest objection to the changes in the Social Security System are due to this! Most people will get badly burned on about a 7 year cycle, loosing most of their investment. The chances that anyone but the very wealthy will benefit is slim at best.

After reading of the above legal brief, I decided it was time for me to sue too. I should be making as much as this women. I was working with the very same sales group at Microsoft when I was injured under very similar circumstances - harassment. In my case, I was a threat to the lead in my group who was looking to become the manager when Melinda Schmiedl, our manager who was trying to get hired in the Microsoft University group. The reason Microsoft's certification program is so bad, is that the people who developed the original program were NOT technical.
Non of these people had technical background and management experience like I did. Having non technical sales people cold calling computer engineer and IT people on the phone, especially in the military was a really bad idea. This was at the beginning of our deployment into the Gulf and the Gulf war.
I was very attractive and they seem to have discounted what was on my resume, until after I began working. The music on this web site has a very specific purpose as does the patter backgrounds. Only the people reading me who are at my intellectual level get it. It's like Chinese.
I wasn't at Microsoft two weeks before there were people coming to me for help with problems they should have taken to other managers. I still have the E-mail with some request in them. I have 14 years of lost income, and they continue to use my injury and subsequent disability in an attempt to coerce and retaliate. No one in Microsoft legal or HR has ever talked to me. If you want to go to war Microsoft, it's best to know WHO you are fighting!
Gates wasn't interested in me just because I was attractive. These people are morons. I can't help feeling sad for Billg because he has no one really at his own intellectual level he can relate to either. Buffett, his bridge buddy, is but he doesn't have the technical background.
The game I play with Gates, isn't a card game. We play in REAL TIME with real people, corporations, institutions, economic and legal issues. The service provider who illegally gave Microsoft my E-mail went out of business after I posted this to the web. I hope other service provider can learn from this situation. A couple weeks a go I found out that my E-mail on Comcast, was being blocked from downloading onto my computer. I had 256 messages from just one of my accounts. I could still access it via the Internet. When I contacted Comcast about it and started having a technical person look into it, it all of a sudden began working. Someone must have my password. And since Microsoft can decrypt any password, it's futile to try and stop them. Microsoft has a $1 billion investment in Comcast. So I guess they are still messing with people locally. I wonder if they are spying on their employees too? Anyone using the Windows Operating System, including our politicians and government agents are at risk due to the back doors in their OS - including President Bush. What happened to Clinton was no accident. E-mail. Anyone on the same server can forge your E-mail.
So far I've taken MSFT from over $119 a share to what after a split is about $27 ($54 prior to the split.), pushed him out of the CEO position at Microsoft, cost him two antitrust cases and force Microsoft to settle major lawsuits for Billions of Dollars - I think its about $5 Billion now. He would be worth over $100 billion and he is only about $48. Even then it should be much less, accept Cascade and Preston Gates and Ellis, the people managing his money, have done some very questionable thing involving his money since then.
And Microsoft has all kinds of money, they think... <giggle> <giggle> And the Gates foundation also thinks they are in the Pink. He can play chess and card games really well, but I'm playing GO and due to my unemployment, I have 100% of my time to put to this game. I'm doing so good, I'm even walking again. So Gates knows that this lawsuit isn't about law or money. What am I using it for?

After I posted about how Melinda Gates used people in this hotel and a Vietnamese home care person to spy on me that hotel changed hands. Nothing supports my case better than to be able to web pages I've copied off the Internet, which I always do, and compare them to what has been changed. I couldn't do a search on the Gates Foundation to find the "United Way of King County" and I could find the announcement that I also have. I did find this! The things they felt they could do to us was amazing. My children were actually being interrogated by CPS or the police at school or their friends houses. They wanted my 10 years old son to tell them if he was Gates son. I lost custody of my kids over this and it's all in court documents. Of course, Gaelan knows all about how Bill Gates' father and Bill Neukom of Microsoft Legal were involved in my ex-husbands custody case. Given the kind of fascism in the US and it's army today, I think we may also becoming at risk of loosing our so called democratic state. After all, look was is happening to our election in an age of electronic propaganda and manipulation. The US government is just as monopolistic and controlling as Microsoft's monopoly. People are flooding into the Seattle area from totalitarian countries They bring what they know with them here. The pecking order in my community among foreign nationals is pretty scary. It's like the Chinese, Vietnamese, Koreans, Indians, Latinos, etc. all have their little Mafias here locally that strong arm new immigrants. It's amazing when you encounter these people in our bureaucracy and you understand how scared they are. It's the same at Microsoft and most other huge corporations.
I've written on my web before, I'm a mystic. I've studied mysticism since I was a child in Catholic school, wanting to be a nun. Mystics and Saints are a very big deal in Catholicism. I've also studied the Mysticism of the Chinese and Indians. They all use the same techniques to acquire a higher state of awareness and being. That is why both Saints and Wizards lived in caves instead of fancy houses. The closer you are to the earth and elements, the more aware you become of your true being.
I use to get up in the morning, make a wood fire, get my husband off to work at about 5:30 AM, then in bar feet and flip flops, and sweat shirt, proceed to go out an milk the cow in below freezing weather. How about that storm. I was kind of pissed off about the bus so I begin to focus and here comes the Wind. And then the power goes flicker flicker and out in a few places. And I just grin.
