This document contains several e-mail messages I wrote for Bill in 1991. The e-mail here was subpoenaed right off his computer.  The numbers on the pages are court document numbers. I've added Bookmarks to make it easier to follow.  I was accused of making physical threats against Microsoft.  It was a total lie.  Since then I've gone through one attack after the other to the point that I'm now very physically disabled due to 10 years of harassment.

My e-mail to Bill was mostly about behavioral psychology and animal behavior. I went through a very traumatic ordeal at MS and required surgery. Like everything at Microsoft, it was so messy it was very hard to sort out. This is the most chaotic company I've ever been in. So from the beginning there was a lot of gossip which was making my recovery from surgery very difficult. I didn't even want to sue these people. All I wanted was to get on with my life and go back to work.

The chaos began to get worse and worse. I was being attacked. This is what prompted my e-mail to Gates. I didn't get anywhere and have never managed to recover from the accident due to a complex set of interference by everyone that included medical treatment and my kids. The last letter in this set is about religion and faith. It is very hard for me to believe that anyone at Microsoft would consider me a threat to anyone's life, but this is exactly what they told the media.

My relationship with Bill Gates is kind of interesting. I remembered him from 1973. I had a much more emotional relationship then.  I've always wanted to talk to him about what happened back then and since. It's been a very strange journey indeed. :-) Right Funny Face? I think I like you better naked... :-) Your reorganization may help your antitrust case.  Now lets Shrek it... :-) I think my friends in Hollywood want this Fairy Tale to end soon.

Microsoft is presently reorganizing in much the same manner that I suggested they do 10 years ago.  Gates is now opening up and telling the truth about thing.  I'm really hoping that this chaos is going to end.  There is only one thing that can do that and that is to have the whole truth come out. Because this is very complex thinking, I've decided to put in bookmarks. There are errors in this because it was OCRed text and I couldn't get them all.

• Operation Charlie -- you can't get any better than to be disabled and have the wealthiest people in the world steal from you. That is OK. I had my thing going on. And Microsoft only managed to soil their own reputation. I am almost dead from their harassment, but they have so many half backed projects going that I can laugh about it all the time.

What is really disgusting, is that Gates' father and his law firm who have prohibited me from working at Microsoft or even as a consultant for Bill, is also actively engaged in using the Gates Foundation and United Way to prevent me from having social and health service in my community. That has brought me to this level of survival.

This will be your legacy Mr. Gates. This will by your legacy Gates Foundation. While I'm left to struggle on less than subsistence level social security income, eat out of food banks and be denied adequate medical for injuries that were covered by insurance, you continue to try and get richer using my intellectual property. Good luck.

I've been reading the articles about you in the PI. At first I thought it was going to be the same repeat information as a11 the others, but today they were really having a good time laying you out as a disrespectful, spoiled, eccentric, rich kid who thinks he is above the law. I can't really feel for you on this. Your company just put me through a similar character assignation. I hate being scrutinized.

When men are smart they get to be billionaire. When women are smart, they get to be harassed. Men are usually afraid of me. I try my best to cover up my intellect but there is an aura bout me, an inner calm and self confidence that I think is even more threatening. I also learn very fast. The whole time I was trying to deal with the sexual harassment at Microsoft I was working with a Vocational Psychologist.

He was trying to give me pointer on how to deal, with the harassment. I would think that someone as smart as you wouldn't be threatened.

Aberrant personas and eccentricities were more excepted in So Cal where I grew up. Hollywood and Disney Land did that. All the repressed creative people moved there in the 40s an 50s. (Its different now.) Computers are a new art form. I was in the arts, theater, music, dance, etc. My mentors smashed my ego when I was 13. I learned the dangers of being perceived as arrogant. People don't like people who are gifted. You need to play down the myth and go public with the other side.

I know what it is like to grow up with the difference. You're always see things no one else see. Its almost impossible to communicate your ideas because of the perceptual differences. People think you're wired. No matter how good you are at what you do they will try and fault you for some minor character trait. You feel like you have to prove yourself all the time, prove that the difference isn't bad; that you are really OK. You want to be excepted and respected for who you are, but you are always afraid of being laid open and judged. They will never except you!

Some of your own people either hate you or fear you! They don't understand about the difference. Do you know the lady who taught ECC brought the People mag in and slammed you with every piece of gossip she knew, including your sexuality. We ended up having a few words. I was as polite as can be, but I know she didn't like being challenged. Boy did she pay me back for defending you. Your thing with sales turned out badly. They refer to you in very irreverent terms as wants to rule the world. You don't even see the threat. That's typical. Poor social perception is very common in creative geniuses, more so in males.

I know you are an innovator. Reworking someone else's code is harder than anything else. And it is just as valid to be innovative in business as computers. I can see your vision, but the way you presented it at Comdex was a bit much.

You are an intangible asset at Microsoft Corporation. They use you in marketing and recruiting. Your technical and economic skills and ability to see and setup relationships are priceless. There is a lot of shit going on at Microsoft right now. I don't want you to get splattered with any of it. CEO's are expected to have the personal skills to get involved in cases like mine. I have been doing law for a long time. I gave you the opportunity to protect yourself and you didn't take it. For your own protection, I need a letter from you saying that you do not support unfair employment practices or any form of harassment or discrimination. There is a lot of power in having flaws and making mistakes, if you are willing to admit them. It makes a person more human, and easier for the public to like.

PS: You are really a character. I thought I was the only one roaming around in construction sights at night. Yes! I love it! I use to race skate boards down the San Antonio Wash with the guys, too. It was really dangerous. You would get up to about 35 miles an hour. If you hit a tiny little pebble the board stopped cold and you went flying.

I realize that in order to lead one must command respect and reverence of the people. I have chosen not to play the standard game. I am into human right not a battle over the sexes. I will not emasculate any male to further a feminist cause. However, I will use what ever means I can to turn this experience into something productive. I'm an ex- rancher. Other people see all your money and talent and they are overwhelmed. They put you on a pedestal and fear you. People see you as an economic resource. Women see only your money, power and status. Its impossible to love an economic resource or an icon. Its easy to love a man. I see you as a man, a real man. I Consider things and money a management problem. I don't like the clutter. I could care less what you are worth, its all just a flimflam and dead presidents anyway. What I do care about is your potential. I know that you will never reach your true potential unless you get clear and see how your conditioning is interfering with your judgment. (This is from a later e-mail from 1997 -- you seem to be forgetting something... remember when you came to my apt. on 17th in 73 to talk about the death of Steve on Mt. Baker and your friend Kent? This song called Suzy Cream Cheese keeps running around in my mind... Zappa baby... no. Son of Suzy! Oh yeah... those sad dog eyes of yours! What is your rap man?)

If you want to put a computer in every home you must learn that women make up more than 50% of the population. Together with children they are more than 75%. (actually I never did get accurate numbers on this one but did later learn that women buy about 80%--they were born to shop.) Women are the ones that make most of the decisions regarding house hold appliances. Women are the ones that teach and train the next generation of children, your future consumer. Mothers, not single men, will determine if your dream comes true. The products you make are so off base that you are conditioning an entire generation to hate these machines. You'll never sell zillions of these this way. The Japanese are starting to market to women and children. You need to too.

You have a sexist corporation (today, only 26% are women and most are NOT in engineering or research.) where women have no real power, except through manipulation. The only women that can work their are manipulative status and wallet chasers (Pammy ran the best little horror house in town...  Wife 1.0 ... is she a wire frame doll 2 Suzy Q!)  The really smart women in the industry know Microsoft by reputation. They don't want to work there. In fact ,neither do the really good men. (now they have 7,000 developers working on Windows)

There is a men's movement going on. Men are trying to get liberated. They don't want to be owned by a corporation any more. I still remember Paul Burden going on about his son's and how he was afraid that he was missing so much. He touched me very deeply. Children aren't problems, they are gifts. It's very sad for you that  you got communicated that message as a child. You have to understand that really smart children are impossible to control. My mother still tells stories about me. I learned a lot raising my own kids. Its tough sometimes but they're worth it.

You should get at least 6 TVs. Place them in an area you can see them even when busy. I can watch them all at once and integrate the info. Can you? Watch all the junk that is popular: soaps, MTV, cartoons, talk shows, dramas, movies, etc. This is your market. Glamour is everywhere. What do you think Madonna is if not a witch casting a spell over everyone. How to make computers that would sell to them.

I love my kids. You will love yours too. People who are very smart always have very strong instincts. This is why they are hard to control as children. I know that when you get a women in a family way you will what to know everything about what's going on. You will learn just how screwy the medical and educational system is and will want to do everything to protect that kid. You will have your kids at work with you and spend a lot of time with them so you can learn all you can and apply it. Your kids will be the ones to really carry on your dream. You will also spend a lot of time teaching them. You will develop a tolerance for error that you don't have right now. The result will be seeing less of them in your people (at Microsoft.)

I have a lot of support from other women engineers at other companies. They would all like me to bring criminal charges and go onto 60 minutes or 20/20. I have told them that I feel we need to deal with the real problem not just this one instance. This situation is symptomatic of a much bigger problem. A number of women at some of the major corporations and universities know I am writing you via Internet in an attempt to get you involved. You need to understand how dangerous this is to society as a whole. You need to understand how this effects the over all productivity and creative output of your corporation and society as a whole. I feel very strongly that when God gives you the vision, you are obligated to use it for the common good and to further mankind. This is my main motivation. Its called being socially responsible. Men still hold the power and need to start taking more social responsibility.

I've been doing research on sexual harassment and began to understand that there is a dynamics here that is symptomatic of a much bigger problem. Both men and women need to understand these dynamics. Sexually harassed is environmentally caused by a sexually hostile environment in which both sexes are repressed. Males who feeling very little control or effective purpose in their life assert control over the weaker sex, women. The systems that creates this dynamic are autocratic and highly competitive. Both the sexes are repressed intellectually, creatively, and physically. A bureaucratic hierarchical system exist, causing a lot of destructive competition for top positions. This results in deviant human behavior which includes back stabbing, deception, intimidation, chaos, and waste. When men strive to become God, we always get The Tower of Babel. This is the slanted, manipulated and distorted words of men. They don't wish to communicate the truth. So they issue confusion and chaos in their path as they try to cover-up their lies and deception. This is a concept that I think needs more explaining.

on productivity back in the seventies. I was a rancher. The culture in most corporations reminds me of chickens, and most every species of domesticate animal I studied. Humor me here. This is actually a pro-male, pro-human rights article. This is what I found about animals in autocratic repressive system. Before anyone challenges my observations I would suggest they build a chicken coop (confined yard) of about 25 foot by 50 foot, attach a chicken house that has nest, a chicken feeder, water, and floor to protect from predators, and buy 30 mixed sexed chicks. Now watch what happens over a year.

Chickens by nature are scavengers. In the wild they spend their time foraging for food, scratching and pecking all day long.-(looking for bug in the dirt... sound like Microsoft right?) When you domesticate them, supplying them with food and keep them in a chicken coop, protected from predator, they get neurotic, violent and sexually obsessed. -

The chickens in the coop will scratch the dirt until its barren, usually eat too much, scratching and pecking in their food causing most of it to end up in their litter. Its wasted. The cocks get violent and obsessed with sex. They will start cock fight, usually over dominant hens to establish their dominance in the coop.

The top cocks will develop a false sense of power in the chicken coop. They will attack the peripheral cocks, harassing them. After all, if you're raised in the chicken coop you usually don't know there is any other way to be. Violent confrontations break out, stressing everyone in the coop out.

The less dominant cocks will try to establish a sense of power by going after the hens. This is where the sex and physical power be come a factor. The dominant hens will peck back at the peripheral cocks if they try to f... them (the word I would use is valid in referring this type of animal behavior). The cocks at the bottom of the pecking order will then go after the other hens.

At the bottom of the pecking order there will always be the little Henny Pennies. They are the ones all the cocks can get. Poor things will have almost no feathers on their backs and wings and their head will go bald from being f... so much. They seem really out of it most of the time, mostly from being harassed.

After a cock jumps a hen and f... her, he gets off, ruffles his feathers and struts. This gives him a false sense of power. This is all the power and creative energy he's allowed in the chicken coop as a peripheral cock.

These Henny Penny hens show a measurable drop in egg production (reproductive problems in modern females). Some of them will start hanging out in the chicken house to escape getting f... or harassed. They will eating too much chicken food or sit in their nest most

of the day and pecking at and eat their eggs out of boardroom (child abuse and maternal neglect, obesity and the soaps?). Some of the chickens will try to fly out of the chicken coop, usually the cocks who are being bludgeoned by the dominant cock (absent or abusive fathers?). If this violent situation isn't corrected, eventually it effects the egg product and fertility rate of all the hens (high levels of fertility problems in America).

Most of the hens will refuse to incubate their eggs, so they don't make more chickens (this is happening in Japan and Finland right now which have a major drop in birth rate). In other words, the more repressive the system, the lower the birth rate.

This situation occurs with all domesticated animals. To increase productivity, you either create a more naturalistic environment for domesticated animals or get rid of or castrate the peripheral males. You only keep the dominant ones for breeding. In outer words you have to open the gate to the chicken coop, turn the cattle and horse out onto the range, or turn your males in to geldings, steers, or capons. Separation of the sexes and bring them only together for procreation also works, but is also very expensive to manage The same thing is goes on in our society and business today. The males work isn't fulfilling and lacks a connection with their maleness. They have no sense of their natural way of being. They compete to establish dominance in their repressive environment. The dominant males establish a false sense of power through competition. The dominant human males will try to maintain their position by psychologically castrating the other males. The medical profession instructs mothers to control their sons animal nature, the educational system which teaches males to act like females and to submit to the system, and later other systems like corporations, the government, and the military teach them to fall in line.

The peripheral males exhibit very neurotic behavior resulting from the repression of their sexuality and their natural creative instincts. They are the ones that do the crime, sexual harassment, and rape. This is in response to a sense of powerlessness and a need to prove their maleness. This creates an atmosphere of fear for everyone else. Many of them are in the penal system which effectively separates them from the dominant males and prevents them from reproducing. Others end up in the military where they get a sense of related power (I'm powerful because I belong to a powerful organization... like at Microsoft). This is a very expensive way to manage natural male nature.

People ask again and again, why we did what we did in Iraq. All the

destruction and killing, but we never killed the man responsible for it all, Saddam Hussein. What people need to understand is that Bush was just managing the flock. You never kill the dominant cocks in the chicken coop, only the peripheral males. They are managing all of us like domesticated animals. The troops are getting restless. I think it is time to throw a war, so they can feel like men again. How much is it costing us to maintain the military, through wars, and support the police and penal institutes? All this is just to manage natural male instincts. Is this nuts? I think it is.

The men who have no power at work usually get obsessed with sex. Its becomes their only creative outlet. They often go home from work to physically, emotional or sexually abuse their wife and/or children too. The stress of this sexually hostile environment effect the productivity of all women and men. This is why the ones with real intelligence (men and women) don't have children. They stop producing because instincts tell them the world is to dangerous, both to bring children into or to spend 9 months in a some what vulnerable state.

Our present repressive system is too expensive to maintain. To support the chicken coop environment, so that a handful of men can be top cocks, we suppress all other creative output of all other people thought competition and intimidation. The result is fear. People just aren't creative if they are afraid all the time. The peripheral women or Henny Pennies drop out and stay at home hen pecking their kids or being a burden on the system. Some will abuse or neurotically push their children to succeed. These women either stay at home watching the soap and eating all day, get' obsessed with the children's success and behavior or desert or batter their children. (some become bureaucrats--taking low paying jobs--where they can do the same thing to other people and their children)

How do we change this system? With the chickens, you open the gate to the chicken coop. This does have some risk, but the benefits again, far out way them. You may loose a chicken or two to predators now and then, but if they didn't have the survival instinct to sense danger, then you don't want them reproducing anyway. <grin><grin>

Some of the hens will want to lay their eggs in other places. So, you end up loosing some eggs. Then some hens will disappear for a time. You are sure they've been scarffed up by a fox or skunk. Just when you think its time to put them all back in the chicken coop (revert to the old system) the hen will emerge with a new crop of chicks.

The benefits to this naturalistic system is a reduction in the amount of food necessary to support the chickens, because they are using their creative energy to forage for themselves instead of being

dependent and their is a cessation to the preoccupied with violence and sex. Because the stress is gone, the hens begin to produce eggs again. They usually lay in the hen house, until they want to sit on their eggs, then they will drop out of the system for a time, the eggs hatch and until the chicks are big enough to feed themselves the hen says with them. The hens will then come back to the hen house and produce (instead of sitting at home for years watching soaps).

The reproductive problems, child abuse, domestic violence, resources, obesity, crime, etc., are coming from our repressive again wasted culture and system of government. We say we have freedom, but those are only words. The powers that be use dogma to manipulate the public. Some where we forgot to check and see if their words were real.

Our society is filled with flimflam men, Peter Pans, Ginger Bread Boys, and Alchemist. The Flimflam man are the politicians. "Step right up folks. Do I have a cure for what ails you!" With the help of some flashy TV, hip people are sold a load of good and they never ever do what is promised. (war that never bring the real changes we want) The Peter Pans are the play boys that care very little about their work or what effect they have on others. They only care about the toys they have to play with: car, VCR, TVs, etc. and who gets to be King of the Mountain. The Alchemist is the marketeer. He try to tell us that the junk they are selling is really gold. The only people who believe fools gold is real are fools.

The Ginger Bread Boys are the get rich quick boys. They are the MBAs that steel someone else spread sheet macros in college, or pay to get the answers to a test, and the drop outs that make it big by gambling with our nations future like someone playing poker. They make money by stomping and back stabbing their competition instead of by fair play. They play with the stock market and throw our nation into panic with their back alley deals.

We are living in inhumane conditions. An as a species we can not continue this way and survive. Our institution are literally like a mismanaged chicken coop. We are so overly domesticated, that all our natural instincts for survival are being interfered with. We also do a lot of things to interfere with natural selection, degrading our species. Why do we call someone who is stupid a turkey? These animals are domesticated to the point that they often die from bizarre causes, like sitting on the top of a barn in a blizzard or drowning from looking up at the rain with an open mouth. You often times have to teach chicks to even eat and drink water. We call a person easily lead sheep because sheep are also so domesticated that they vulnerable to predators. And a pig is an animal domesticated to wallow in their own fesses and over consume. An ass is someone with an over size image of themselves, after the animal that has a sex organ that is oversized (relative to their body size). And bullshit is something that stinks, carries disease, and attracts a lot of flies, creating maggots. You have to see maggots swelling in shit to really understand what people are saying when they call someone a maggot. <grin><grin>

This is the kind of common sense knowledge that is the foundation of America. The people in Washington have forgotten knowledge. They have no common sense.

One of the most interesting things about managing a ranch is that animal cycles happen much faster so you have a microcosm to test and experiment with. If you draw the right analogies from this system and understand how to work it in an ecological way, then everything will work out as it should. There was a King of a great land. There was trouble on his boarders so he went off to fight a crusade. Some of his dukes had grudges because he always won the joust. He had even wounded some. One had to stay in the kingdom because his wound left him lame. In the Kings absence, this fire saw the opportunity to take his place. He enlist the aid of a witch which had been banished by the king, promising to return her power when he defeats the King. With the aid of a witch's spell, he bring a plague on the land and convinces the people its the kings fault. The people begin to resent the kings. Then while riding in the wood, she spotted the evil witch with the duke. There are reasons we tell children fairy tales. These stories happens in real life. You should read Robert Bly's explanation for the Witch. Women in a repressive society learn to get things through manipulation. They use gossip and deception to control social groups and men. This is the witches brew. Glamour. In all fairy tales the hero has to find the lady to help him get the witch so he can break the spell. Only then can he learn the truth. (did we break the spell?)

Someone gave detail information about my case to the media. They wouldn't tell me who their lead was. I was asked if I knew an Ann. I don't and there wasn't anyone around at work that was named Ann. They wanted to know if there were more than one of us involved in the complaint too. I played this all down but they are watching. I was so shocked I called the guy who assaulted me. He had copies of the complaint and said he was forced to quit because they had made him out as a rapist. He told me, they told him it would all come out after the investigation. My case is about Microsoft, not him. He is as much a victim of your system as I.

These women in your human resource department knew me better than to do this. I feel like they are trying to provoke me. They had a file on me and even knew I was off the bell curve intellectually. Like I said, I needed help and Gates needed to protect himself. I knew I was setup, but didn't like the way it was all position. Everything was all too pat. About five years ago I was asked as a test by an old burned out ex-IBM system engineer to design a secure nation data system. The biggest problem IBM has on the mainframe side is a people problem. Some of the creative type programmers, to protect their interest, build time bombs that have to be continual reset. If they get fired a major worm or virus will be let loose after about six months.

Because the systems were so complex it was impossible to spot this in the code. This gave the programmers the upper hand, which is something the executives hated. They would show up in their saddles, long pony tails, and short and snub the rest of the bureaucrats. This was the people situation I needed to develop a national data system for. Hummmm ....

What I did was to think of data system as I would a money system. So I designed a system of diversification and devestment <grin>.... Getting this. You break the data into a smaller localized groups so it is located where it is accessed the most. Then you simplify the data management system which allows for better security and tracking. This is like a PC network. If one server goes down maybe you have 15 people sitting on their hands while it takes an hour or two to get it back up, not a whole corporation of thousands waiting out the whole day. The centralization only keeps the addresses of the data. So if a person moves that data on that person moves and his address is changed. Well you are going to loose some people, but this is not as bad as loosing the whole system. It is much easier to maintain a WORM disk archive of data and allow two extra field for pointer to a new data node if substantial data changes, then do a new archive sort as periods. No virus or worm can kill this. They can crash a program but not the data.

This is the same management structure the Republicans have tried to get on a national bases for out government. The 100095

Because Japan has very little natural resources and space they have always run things differently. They have a historic record of moving beyond their boarder to get what they need.

Now look at the American solution: Devestment of Systems and Diversification of Interests. In a company like Microsoft the idea would be to set up smaller groups in the company to run like smaller companies. Well you had that idea, but what happened was you didn't break it up right. You want the small companies to be independent business unit that resemble how MS was in its infancy. This is where you get the real synergy. So you take the Windows group and make it one business unit. This would include the marketing, engineering, customer support, and a small administration group. With all the people working on the same product they have something you can get over e-mail, face to face communication! This is better communication and more natural. It would cut out so much chaos that you would loose the bureaucratic waste you have now.

So you set up each group this way. Can you see it. The windows group in building 1, excel in building 6, and so on. Now how do you managed all these small business islands? Management by mystics. You recreate a group that is like the Druids, Delphi, etc. These were the oracles that maintained the vision that directed the people. Notice I am sticking with the western mysticism. Wizard, sorceress, oracles, priest are western' man. We can not and should not change our genetics. Trying to run the code system form a foreign race and culture on different hardware will not work. We need to stick with our own genetic codes.

Breaking a business up this way would force the same kind of interaction and deal making that is the foundation to American origins. The sales and marketing people in perhaps the Windows group would meet for lunch and exchange contact and work out deal to promote each others products. This would force them to learn to do the same thing with the outside world too. So you would be an oracle, and work with others like yourself to solve the problems people bring to you and direct them.

 I have three children to support and worked my way through college so I could have a better life. Bad Karma.
