"MEDICAL ISSUES"

I am a birthmother,
cancer has invaded my lungs
Time is of the essence,
please help me find my son.
I am a deaf adoptee,
searching for any birth family
If you find anyone soon,
please feel free to email me.

I am a birthmother,
they discovered leukemia recently
Before I die,
I hope to find, adopted sister immediately.
I am a male adoptee,
who is leaving this earth from AIDS
Hoping to find birthmother of mine,
call me right away.

I am a birthfather,
searching for my children left behind
Too embarrassed when I lost sight,
that left me totally blind.
I am a sibling who lost a limb,
when abandoned in the snow
Searching for my birth brother,
does he know, was he ever told?

I am just another face,
whose heart is broken in two
Searching for the one I love,
could that person be you?
We have many medical issues,
we need to share and find
Does it matter that I am deaf or limbless,
dying or even blind?

So much information to give,
critical to some, I would say
Urgency is the priority,
thank God we have locators today.
So if you are in this predicament,
let the angels be your guide
Pray to them to help you find,
they'll always be at your side.
