Do you believe in angels and wondered if they fly
Or do they appear as people walking the earth disguised,
Is it only what we read, the Bible tells us so
Mythological fantasy, apparition, or maybe both.
Have you ever made a wish upon a shining star
Said a prayer from your soul to the heavens' above?
Have you ever fallen to your knees, bowed your head to pray
To ask the Merciful Lord to forgive HIS castaway?
Did you ever feel the breeze when there is no wind
Or a soft, gentle touch, brush against your skin?
Did you ever hear a whisper and no one was there
Or suddenly felt warm and secured within all your fears?
Did you ever question an unexpected surprise
And sat there in wonderment with tears in your eyes?
Angels do exist, I can surely attest to that
The birth I gave to another, was returned to me at last.
