Many years ago I asked my grandmother for her recipe for her delicious macaroons.
This is what she gave me…rotfl!!!

''1 can of condensed milk
Enough coconut to thicken so you can roll it in your hand.
1/2 c. of rolled corn flakes
Bake in a 400F = 205C oven until they are a light brown, don’t let them get too brown or they will be hard.''

Now trust me when I say it took some trial and error with this one… they still aren’t as good as hers but I’m working on it!!

The best thing about this recipe is even the flops tasted great!!!
