Boneless skinless chicken breasts
Flour
Beaten egg
Crushed croutons (or crackers altho croutons taste better)
Parmesan or Romano cheese
Oil
Garlic

Roll the chicken in flour then dip them in the beaten egg mixture.
Roll them in the crushed croutons.
Sprinkle liberally with the cheese and fry them in the oil and garlic until done.

To make for a really simple clean up I breakout the trusty Ziploc bags!
Flour in one,
eggs in another,
and yet another for the croutons!!
Hell, I use one for crushing the croutons...throw them in and roll them with a rolling pin!

Folks will think you slaved over them...they are truly decadent!!

For a truly memorable meal serve them with the garlic potatoes, ceasar salad and top the meal off with the lemon delight...what the heck, why not really show off and serve the chocolate baskets for dessert!!
