Now this recipe may seem like a lot of work but the look on the faces of your friends and family after that first bite makes it all worth it!
The best part is they freeze beautifully!

2 1/4 c water
Use very warm water (105 - 115 degrees F)
1 package of dry yeast
1/2 c sugar
2 egg yolks
cooking oil
2 1/2 tsp salt
1 c nonfat dry milk powder
7 - 8 c sifted flour
1 1/2 c firmly packed brown sugar
1 tbsp cinnamon

Sprinkle sugar and yeast into water in a large bowl.
Let stand for a few minutes for yeast to 'proof'
then stir until dissolved.
Add:
egg yolks
1/3 c of oil
salt
dry milk
2 c flour
Beat at low speed.

Add enough of the remaining flour to make a stiff dough.
Mix well.
Cover and let rise until doubled.

Divide dough into halves;
Roll each half on a floured board to form a 14 x 10 inch rectangle.
Brush with oil
Sprinkle half the brown sugar and cinnamon over each rectangle.
Roll up as for a jelly roll.
Pinch dough firmly together and brush all over with oil.
Cut into 1 inch slices and place in a greased pan.
Cover and let rise until doubled.

Bake at 400 F for about 20 minutes.
Makes 28 rolls.

When cooled 'butter' tops with icing and serve!!
