There are a lot of commercial sauces on the market these days but Michele has come up with some amazing one dish chicken recipes using oil based salad dressings.

Italian
Sundried Tomato and Oregano (my personal fav!)
Garlic and herb

Chose your favourite dressing.
Cut chicken into small strips.
Cut potatoes into bite size pieces (don’t peel them it adds flavour).

Place in a 9x13” dish, cover with dressing and bake in a 350° oven til potatoes are done.

Simple yet amazing!!
