This channel is run by a collective of several friends. We recommend that you have a browse through this website before you join us. This website is primarily intended for information purposes, which means there is information here that you will need if you want to roleplay with us.

Please use the links on the left to browse the site. It will tell you a lot about us and the way we roleplay. All the OOC (out of character) information should be at least browsed through before you decide to join us, but the IC (in character) information can be used as and when it's useful within roleplay.

We'll be delighted to answer any questions you may have if you join us for a chat in the OOC channel. Any suggestions for additions or changes to the website can also be made there. (Whether or not we get around to doing something about them is another thing altogether.)

Note: This channel evolved initially from #Storm's_Mist_Inn and then from #Dragongate_Inn. We would like to acknowledge the part that both channels played in the development of both our roleplaying styles, and our characters' histories. We would specifically like to thank Alex_Volkov for his kind permission to use material from his website, in particular from his OOC Rules, and for the great influence he has been on our roleplaying style and technique. We still play our characters in #Dragongate_Inn, since they have family and friends there. You're welcome to join either or both of these channels. This website refers only to the Silver River channel and world.
