Look at this stuff, isn't it neat?
Wouldn't you think my collection's complete?
Wouldn't you think I'm the Smaug,
The Smaug who has everything?
Look at this trove, treasures untold
How many wonders can one cavern hold?
Looking around here you'd think,
Sure, he's got everything.
I've got diamonds and rubies a plenty
I've got weapons and armor galore.
You want golden bracelets?
I've got hundreds.
But who cares? No big deal,
I want more.
I want to own all the gems and jewels
I want to own all the gold and mithril
Pilfer them all from those
(who should I plunder?) yeah, Dwarves.
Silver and gold is the way to start
Gems are required for dragon treasure
Pile them up in my (favorite resting place) cave.
Stack the gold up
Stack the gems high
Stack them up until by and by
In every hall, I own it all
All of the wealth.
What can I take so I can make
All of it mine now?
Who can I slay so I can say
I own it all?
Winter or fall, increase my haul
Gathering all the wealth in the world
Brightly gleaming, softly beaming
Through all my hoard.
I'll gather it up until all of it's here
Plunder and loot until there's none richer
Burn with fire and slaughter all of those Elves
When's it my turn? Wouldn't I love,
Love to acquire that wealth I dream of
In every hall, I own it all
