I am looking for information on two brothers from the Ashland Co. area: Jacob and David Hetler, both born in the 1850s. Jacob married an Elizabeth RICHARDSON and David married Emma Richardson (sisters?). Jacob fought with Custer at the Little Big Horn nd was a survivor. He died in the early 1940s. Any info on them - parents, places of birth, etc. would be appreciated.

I interpreted my mother's birth certificate to say born in Ashford, OH, but have come to believe it may be Ashland County instead. She married JOHN WILLIAM WILSON (born in Hickory County, MO in 1877/1878) in the bef. 1912/13.

I am looking for information on Jacob & Mary (BAILEY) MYERS. The only thing I have is that they were married in 1825 Loudoun Co, Leesburg, Va. The only child I have down for them was my ggg grandfather William Myers who married Harriet Beebe in Washington Co., Ohio 1853. I was searching the internet and came across MYERS - Jacob died 1857 age 69y MYERS - Mary w/o Jacob died 1878 age 74y they were buried at the U.M. Church or Evangelical Cem. Ashland Co., Ohio. Would there be anyone with access to church burial records or an address/phone number of someone who can check out if this couple are my relatives? The birth dates would be Jacob 1788 and Mary 1804, this would be around when my relatives were born to be m rried in 1825. Any help is greatly appreciate. If anything connects please contact me. I have loads of information from William & Harriet (BEEBE) Myers down.

Emanuel Deter born 1820 in Md. married Lucenda Hart(born 1821 in Ohio) in 1846 in Richland Co.In the 1850 census they were living in Mifflin Twn. Ashland Co and according to those same census his mother and father (Philip and Elizabeth Deter)were living n xt door. I have lost the younger Deter family since that time.
