I am researching my FORNEY/KNAPP ancestors for my family tree. My ggrandparents were Elmore Clayton FORNEY and Lola Laborie KNAPP. Elmore FORNEY had a brother Roscoe Leo FORNEY. Their parents were Sceva E. FORNEY and Emma GARVER FORNEY. Sceva FORNEY had a brother George S. FORNEY and married Edna B. KANE FORNEY. Their parents were William A. FORNEY and Mary A. GIBSON FORNEY. William and Mary were married in Wayne County, Ohio. Sceva FORNEY and Emma GARVER FORNEY were married in Wayne County, Ohio also n 10 June 1884. If anyone has any info along this line, please respond.
