The only child I know of was their son, Aquilla b.11 Oct. 1831 who married Sarah Ann HASSINGER b. 2 Feb 1837 the daughter of Abraham HASSINGER b.1798 and was m. abt 1828 in Ashland o Sarah (last name unknown). I am looking for any information on Phebe Carpenter married John Stouffer and was living in Richland County in 1837. I am also looking for Ashman BARNES who was living in that county in 1837 but might have moved west after this. William and Elizabeth (CARPENTER) BAKER was also here during this time period. They moved from Monongalia County VA now WVA. Elizabeth and Phebe were the daughters of John & Ann Carpenter formerly from Long Island NY. Ashman is a grandson to John and Ann Carpenter.

I am looking for decendents of Thomas Selby. He was listed as a resident of Mohican Twp in 1828. He died 20 Sept.1868 and is buried in Jeromesville, Perry Twp, Ashland, Oh.There were 9 children.

Looking for info on Peter R. LEHMAN. Born Sept. 9, 1861 in Ohio. Possibly in Ashland Co. He worked for a rail- road as a brake man. It is rumored that he had 16 or 17 siblings.
